I visited this store earlier for the first time and what a store!!!! SO clean and tidy, such friendly staff and very simple to navigate throughout.
I wanted to highlight these Diecast Motorcycles!!!! For $14.99 the quality is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! What an amazing idea for a stocking stuff or for someone who likes to collect quality products like these.

Will definitely visit this lovely store again!

Was in the glue aisle, and was asked if I needed help (in a timely fashion) by a very nice man. I needed E6000 and he brought me over to automotive; I would never have looked there. Much appreciated. Not used to being asked if I need help in this store. Give that guy a raise!

Went there today to buy firewood and a lawn chair. Tanya gladly helped me find the product that suited my needs. She was patient,knowledgeable and very helpful. I left with both products and a smile on my face.

I just love this place. My wife calls it "MAN'S HEAVEN". I just spend time looking around for one thing and always find something else to buy. Had to get a few keys made up. Fast and easy. Always a good place to shop for anything you need while in Gananoque. They are doing some painting and moving stuff around. They are not done with the Renovation's. But it's looking pretty good. For some reason it seems to look bigger. Strange but Kool..

Great store for the size of the town! They have just about everything you need. They don't have a lot of anything, but they have a little bit of everything. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Great prices and they also have lots of sales.

Service Manager received us close to closing hour and welcomed us warmly, providing us with excellent service after we had a scary blow out on the 401 East. 4 new tires were purchased at a reasonable cost. They were installed and balanced and in less than an hour we were able to continue on our long vacation journey feeling both relieved and safer. Excellent service from Gananoque Canadian Tire. After driving 15 hour from PEI we had a tire blow on the 401 outside of Gananoque. The staff at the service department were amazing! They got us in the same day, earlier than the time slot that was available. They had a great selection of tires in our size in stock and replaced both front tires. They made the process seamless and stress free. Fast, friendly and definitely helped make a tough time easier. We’re already back on the road and getting closer to being home.

I blew a tire driving over a jagged rock. I was also working on contract so not familiar with the auto repair shops here. I brought it in early in the morning after calling in. It was busy but they would try to squeeze me in. When I drove into the lot I could see there were already a lot of cars in the bays. I was not hopeful that I would have my car til the end of the day. At the counter Dave was so friendly and helpful. He helped me get the right tire and the work was done in an hour! Highly, highly recommend!!

Response to Corporate: For such a detailed account it was a little off putting to receive such a standard and general response from Corporate. Ironically the “thank you” was so impersonal compared to the actual experience.

HUGE selection of Christmas Lights and decor! A must visit place.

Someone is always there to help us out when we needed. Found some good deals. Folks are mostly friendly :)

My driver's side windshield wiper shredded on Dec 30th. I stopped by your store Dec 31, hoping you'd have the correct replacement for me. After calling from the parking lot, being advised there may be a little wait, I received a call back within five minutes, and you were able to help me out. A very positive experience ending a very trying year. Great customer service! Thank you.

Our car lost a tire on the highway, we were travelling from Nova Scotia with two small kids and were still 3 hours from our destination. Despite being fully booked they squeezed us in and a couple hours later we were back on the road with all 4 wheels firmly attached to the car. Excellent service from the auto department and after a 14 hour trip we were grateful to them for going above and beyond and getting us back on the road so we didn't have to stay in a hotel for the night.

Always find what we need, and good prices too. Service is always great. We do sometimes find it hard to get through the aisles when there is a lot of stuff, but it’s a small price to pay when we know that they will have what we are looking for. I was very surprised for a small town store. Really impressed.

I popped in to find a universal receiver for my fan. I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for until a friendly associate approached me, asked if I needed help and then quickly and efficiently looked up & then located the product. Very friendly staff and great customer service.
