This lovely bakery and café offers a wide variety of baked goods. Not only do they look amazing, but they taste great, too. In addition to their baked goods, they also serve other food items, including breakfast, with plenty of options. Their coffee is also fantastic, making it the perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea, relax while sipping coffee, or have desserts with friends. The trendy design features white tile walls and modern light fixtures on the ceiling. The service is excellent, and every aspect of the place is great.

Pretty good coffee, but I loved my French toast I got. The cafe is really cute inside, very clean. Lots of seating inside and outside. You order and they bring it to your table. Very busy inside, but you can tell why. It’s a great bakery and perfect for a meet up with friends. Jelly doughnut was great too and so were their breakfast sandwiches.

The food was delicious. Breads were soft and fresh. Pastries were large and so decadent. I came back twice for the Pavlova. The latte art was truly impressive. And the outdoor space was wonderful.

I don't like how they don't seat anybody. You just order your food and fend for yourselves. I waited at the bar for a bit until a table opened up and I carried all my food over. But after that it was very enjoyable.

Very busy, but incredible food and vibes! We ordered the ham and cheese croissant and french toast and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED.

Excellent pastry shop, delicious pastries, generally a good price. latte coffee should taste better. But on the whole it's not bad

Best chain - everything is so good. We are in few brunches and it was always excellent. The place is so nice decorated, food is fresh, service is good.

This was a really great experience! Personally the menu made it so hard to choose just ONE thing, so I ordered two items! This place is bright, comfortable, and fairly clean. Definitely worth the visit!

This place was recommended to us by someone at our hotel based on their proximity as well as availability of gluten-free items. It was a short walk from our hotel. It was very busy when we arrived for a late breakfast. Things were a little chaotic as everyone seemed to be trying to figure out the ordering process. There were menus lying on a table by the door but they weren't very noticeable. There was a separate menu dedicated to their gluten-free items but it was mixed in with all the others.

Once we placed our order, we received a number and went to sit outside on the patio. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was prepared as requested and tasted delicious! Now that we know what to expect with the ordering process, I would not hesitate to go back again!

Pro-tip: There was another location a few blocks up that did not appear to be as busy.

Faster than the eye can see! That’s how fast the service is here, but the staff still have time for a smile and a chat. The baked goods are good, the place is nice, but mainly I loved the staff with the twinkle in their eyes, the chatty friendliness, and the sassy t-shirts.

Very nice atmosphere and real good food. Both sweet and savory! The 'Spinach, Jerusalem Artichoke & Egg Plate - Cilbir' was outstanding.

Very nice place with great coffee and delicious breakfasts. We ordered sandwich with avocado and salmon and also crocque madame. Both were really delicious. We ordered also meringue with raspberries for a dessert- also amazing.

It was my first time in Washington D.C., friends and I were wandering about as tourists. We were not looking for anything specific, but we sure are glad to have found this place. We showed up at around 11pm and it was quite busy (which resulted in longer customer times - thus earning it a 3 star in that category). This factor excluded though, it was a wonderful experience. I had the ham and cheese croissant, and it was excellent! The atmosphere was great. A very aesthetically pleasing stop if you're exploring D.C... I recommend it for sure!

My partner had a bagel and a croissant, both were really good. I had the pavlova and it was MIND BLOWING. I'll be going back for one more at least before I leave the city! Wow!

The food and service met the usual high Tatte standards. The cafe does get a little loud in the afternoon. Plenty of tables to eat and work at, not many power outlets though. Good wifi!

Yes it's a chain. Yes I've been to the Tatte Bakery at Foggy Bottom. But this is seriously good food. The shakshuka was packed with flavour. The gluten free walnut brownie was amazing, and the coffee is of a high standard.
