Wanted to get an estimate on covering one of our porch screens so that when it rained, our furniture would not get saturated. Steve Carter came out and was very friendly and professional. He offered us ideas on what they could do and granted, it was not as bad as I thought. I have already received estimates from another company and it was twice as much!! What I really wanted to mention that Steve told us since we are only doing the one opening (10'x5'), it would be very inexpensive to do it ourselves. I was very impressed with his honesty and his willingness to help the customer to the best of his knowledge. Thank you Steve so much. You definitely will get our business when we get ready to screen in the front porch and I will mention your company to anyone who is interested in doing a remodel to their existing porch or put a new one in! Thanks again.

We contacted Window Works on behelf of my elderly mother after some negative experiences and a no-show with two other companies. Must have been Providence, because it's the best thing that could have happened. The price was reasonable, the windows arrived sooner than expected, and they showed up on time. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly, and she is thrilled with her new windows. Would totally use Window Works again and highly recommend them.

My experience with Window Works from start to finish was fantastic. I had an old sliding glass door that needed to be replaced. They came out took the measurements and within about 8 weeks the door arrived and the crew was onsite for installation. Every person I interacted with was very knowledgeable. I have a few other doors to replace and I’ll definitely be calling Window Works for the job! I highly recommend them!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I’m gazing out my brand new Okna windows right now and still can’t believe it was this easy. You know how with most home repairs and maintenance you’re waiting for that other shoe to drop? Experience has taught most of us that at some point during the process, the entire project will derail and there will be massive casualties with a huge hit to your pocketbook. Not with Window Works!! I literally feel like I’m dreaming! The quality of these Okna windows is insane. They are so well made, highly rated for energy efficiency and durability, and they’re beautiful. A superior warranty plus they are made in America! I also love that I found a family owned and operated, “mom & pop”, local company to replace my windows.

I’m in my childhood home, circa 1979, which is a two story brick home with a walk-out basement. These were our first replacement windows. The original windows were aluminum double pane storm and all the seals were shot and the panes badly fogged. I needed 27 windows, including a bay window, and about a third of those were set directly into the mason blocks in the basement. This was a big, complicated, mess of a job! No one on the Window Works team even batted an eye.

Shirley set up my appointment and was a crucial part of this experience! She kept me informed with several status updates, emails with contracts and invoices, and generally soothed my nerves and cheered me on! Steve was my salesman and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made several fabulous suggestions for trouble spots. For example, he suggested awning style windows over my kitchen sink because it’s impossible to reach it when I want it open! Next I met Trey who came out to do the final precise measurements and figure out the tricky trim and odd angles on the bay windows. He even corrected a builder mistake on that bay window and resolved a 46 year long thorn in my side! Sam and Jade did the installation and were awesome! They were on time, super nice, obviously highly skilled, super efficient and fast! They finished the job in a day and a half. Due to the age of my home they carefully inspected every window casing and sill on the lookout for water damage or rot. They used a tarp on my floors, vacuumed after themselves, and hauled away all the old windows and debris. They also removed all the labels and cleaned each window before leaving! I also got to work with Paul and Alex, also installers, who we’re just as amazing as everyone else!

I’m not sorry this is such a long review! It could be much longer actually. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I am honestly and truly thrilled with my new windows!! This was such a huge investment and I was seriously dreading this whole process. The team at Window Works made this such a pleasant experience! You won’t be sorry if you purchase from them!

I had an amazing experience with Window Works. First, a little history on previous experiences.... 2 years ago I requested in-home quotes from Champion and Southern Window Company. Both were EXTREMELY high pressure sales, basically making me feel obligated to sign a contract with them because they came to my house. Quotes from both companies ranged from $8k - $12k for 10 windows.

Fast forward 2 years later and I really needed to do something about my windows. I called Window Works and Trey came out within about a day. He brought nothing but a folder in with him with some information on their products and services. We had a very casual (albeit professional) conversation about what I needed, he measured my windows and emailed me a quote the same day. SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the 2 aforementioned companies. There was no high pressure sales tactic. He gave me a time frame of approximately 8 weeks for installation, which they beat. As soon as my windows were ready and they received them, they scheduled a date (2 weeks earlier than expected) to install. The weather did impeded things a bit but I still got my windows installed earlier than expected. Additionally, the 2 gentlemen who came to install them were extremely professional and quick. They completed the installation the same day. I also had a storm door that I bought from Home Depot (they told me they could install for an installation fee) that would match my windows. The installer put that in for me and adjusted my door to make sure it was shutting properly.

So overall, Window Works went above and beyond my expectations. They significantly beat the prices of other companies that I dealt with and the quality of the work and the product is very much superb as far as I can tell to date. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

When the door finally came in, the installers did a great job. They were prompt and very friendly and knowledgeable. The window installation went even smoother. Both look awesome. Will be buying more windows from them in the future .

Trey and team at Window Works Chatt were excellent. All of our questions were answered quickly and the install was seamless. The Okna Starmark windows are some of the highest windows out there and they had a much lower price overall than Pella. Would definitely recommend!

The two gentlemen that installed my back door we very polite and informative. They went above and beyond my expectations. They even fitted the flooring in front of the door for me! Great job!!
