We just had Olivia as a groomer and I am BLOWN away!!! Our dog hates having her paws touched so naturally, her nails grew very long. We have not been able to cut them in about 3 years and most vets have refused to touch them with her attitude. Well, Olivia worked some kind of magic and was able to get them shorter than I have ever seen them. I am so happy with the service she provided, we’ll be booking with her from now on.

Lars did a great job grooming my dog! He looks amazing! I love how she called us 10 minutes before she was done. Definitely recommend bringing your dog here.

I'm not one to post reviews, but here goes -

I have been coming here for about a year and a half now for care for my fish and rabbits. Every single employee here has been unbelievably kind and helpful. Everyone is knowledgeable and there to assist you in any way they can.

My most notable experience was on the 21st, when we came in with our new, excited and hyper 2 year old pit terrier. We were already flustered and in need of finding her a collar, harness and lead when KT noticed us and gave us some guidance. They were so kind and validating for 2 young new puppy parents, and I could not be more grateful for that encounter. They were so patient and gentle, and noticed right off the bat that 1) we were a little distressed, and 2) our new pup is incredibly intelligent.

I plan to be signing up for training classes with them soon, as even in that small encounter - there was so much trust, respect and appreciation gained. KT is undoubtedly a true empath, and I am so glad we crossed paths 🖤

This was the BEST Experience to date... my Annie got Her Best Grooming by Ashley this time! It is a Lion Cut & it Looks Just ADORABLE!! Very Happy... 😊

Floor staff and cashiers very courteous! Also very helpful with questions I had.

Lars is great! You listens to exactly what I want and follows through. You informs me of how the appointment went as well as gives me a 15 minute notice to the appointment being finished.

I enjoy visiting this location. The store is clean and welcoming. The inventory is great. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful.

I'm able to find great things for both my pup and our new kitty. Love being able to bring my pup to come say hello, so many nice people working there. Thank you!

I like to comment on good service. We were hoped above and beyond by Callie at the St Francis store this morning. Not only did she help us find the product we were looking for but she helped us with a gift credit card. We had no idea how to get if off our I-phone but she walked us tight through it. And she was charming and friendly.

Me and my friend stopped by to look at the Betta fish selection and inquire more information about them, Eric was busy taking good care of the fish until we approached him with questions regarding our new fish friend. Eric went above and beyond to help us with our new friend and we even walked out with an additional friend after he helped us very graciously come to a decision on how to best care for them. Without Eric's handsomeness and knowledge I'm not sure what we'd do! Thank you again Petco, and a special thanks to the charming Eric for helping us with our purchase and to Marty for being so upbeat and pleasant during check out and also sharing information regarding Betta fish to us. Will most certainly be back. 🐟

I went to get cat litter for my son's cat, Dorito. Instead I found two things I want for my own cat, Duma!! Cool stuff at a cool store!, plus the guy working there hauled out the huge litter bag (40 lbs!!!!) to the car for me, my assignment was more than I could handle!, I can't get litter in the huge size anymore!!!

Petco is a great place to buy pet supplies. They have a wide variety of products, including food, toys, beds, and more. They also carry a variety of brands, so you can find the perfect products for your pet.

The staff at Petco are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help you find what you need and answer any questions you have. They also know a lot about pets and can give you helpful advice.

I took my dog to get groomed her. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Ashlee is by far the best groomer I have had. She takes her time with both of my dogs, does an amazing job and you can see how much she loves and cares for the animals she works with. Highly recommend!
