Today my car decided to stall completely in the middle of celeste Rd. Long story short my battery completely died. I came to this store to purchase a new battery where i was greated by Ashton, and Kyron. They were both extremely helpful and very polite. I keft and came back with my car after getting the battery in. Ashton checked my alternator and my starter. My car had been stalling everytime i stopped unless i put it in neutral. Alan came outside and looked at my car along with Ashton. Alan went and got me some fuel treatment to try and said if it doesnt and it still stalls in the next few days then to come back. I 100% recommend this store to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.. 5 stars to Alan, Kyron and Ashton!!!

I needed antifreeze in my car I went to AutoZone and they couldn't help me so I went to O'Reilly's and a young man named Brian checked it and then decided we would add 50/50 antifreeze and I can't think that young man enough thank you Brian and O'Reilly's for having great workers who take care of the customers Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and if I ever need anything else I will be going back to O'Reilly's in Saraland

The guy in the store named Collin. Took the time to help me with my tail lights on an old car I know nothing about. I was unaware that that wasn't something they normally do untill after but he did and I couldn't be more thankful for his kindness :)

I ended up getting more than expected customer service! They put code reader on my truck, we talked for a bit and the man said he is almost sure a new spark plug and coil would fix my misfire problem. And it did! I should give that guy a tip

Has all your parts need,if not they have regional warehouse a mile away. Convenient, clean and don't reorganize the store like some places do.
The sales help is very informative and intergised, free lite and whipper installation.

They take thier time helping you with what you are looking for and be patient with you. They have great customer service

always get the right parts , price matching so no need to look anywhere else, have my own shop and don't have time to take parts back for being the wrong parts that's the best reason of all.
