It is great And I got the new limited edition happy. Meal comes with a limited addition toy a big Mac fries in an extra large soda of your option. and has a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. and it’s not great if you have a diet but I don’t so I love it!

Everybody in Saraland hate on this McDonald's but leme tell ya sum.. I go at least twice a week and get my chicken and sausage gravy when I get off work around 7-8 am.. I'm tired as hell going through that line.. the staff has been nothing but nice to me and the food is always been fresh. Had an issue with the app no biggy they got me.

This particular franchise is always friendly and fast!

Slow service., had to go back since they gave me the wrong food.

Always decently clean and food is usually fresh.

My oldest granddaughter wanted to get McDonald's and I wanted a frappe but we were in sarland and read bad reviews about this one but I said we will try it the drive through was packed we went inside and we were only ones inline but took a couple minutes for someone to ask for our order even though there was tons of workers we told them my code paid got food I was like why so high she overcharged so had to reimburse me the we walked outside to leave happy meal order was wrong we had to walk back in I mean us being only ones in there and they couldn't get a happy meal right and overcharged I was disappointed

This is now my McDonald's of choice! I normally I visit the one in Satsuma however they locked the dine in doors (6:30pm) and you are forced to use the drive thru (its not faster) anyway I drove over to Saraland and let me tell you the staff there was very friendly and fast!
The young lady who took my order (Armoni) had not seen me walk in, I had only been at the counter a couple of seconds when she turned and apologized for keeping me waiting, she was very friendly, very courteous and very knowledgeable re the McDonalds phone app that I had never used..., you just don't find that kind of customer service anymore especially in a fast food restaurant.

Yes you are not going to believe this. An employee named Jessica who I think could be a manager helped me when my order was accidentally gotten wrong while in the drive through.
When I got to the second window my order was wrong and the employees kinda didn't know what to do.Jessica appeared immediately on the scene and asked me if I would pull my vehicle forward a few car lengths where they could take care of the customers behind me whose orders were ok. I said sure. In a few minutes she came out bringing my order . I complimented her on how she took charge and kept the line moving smoothly and asked her name. She told me and I thanked her and told her that I was going to call corporate and put in a good word for her...so Jessica who works for McDonald's in Saraland Alabama I called and I hope Corporate recognized your professional action to keep everybody happy and well fed

Fast, food was correct and ice cream machine was working!!

They are in the mist of remodeling and only the drive thru is open. Service was still the same, even with allowing workers in large vehicles to walk-up to the drive thru window.

There is a spicy chicken sandwich on the $1 to $3 menu. It's wonderful, but it can make your ears smoke if you don't eat much spicy food. Drinks are always a dollar. Shop the $1 to $3 menu and save some money.

the drive-through cashier Cheryl was very nice, pleasant, and respectful and got my order correct in the system and the food workers made my food to perfection. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's with my experience

Mona is absolutely amazing. She has great customer service. It was a delight stopping at this McDonald’s. I have never had great service at a mcdonalds. Thank you so much!

This location is near my home in Chickasaw. Friendly and great service. Seniors gather there to chat and recall old times. Many of these are local people who grew up in the same small towns I did.

Got my baby breakfast pancakes and sausage. She loved it.

The 2 ladies working the drive thru this morning were so sweet and kind!!
