Believe it or not only fast food place in town that can get my order right staff usually pretty friendly and my fries are always pretty good..no complaints yet..keep up the good work

Best fries in Knox, hands down. They aren't as busy or well-staffed as McDonald's so the wait in the drive through is usually longer, but the variety on their menu compared to McDonald's deserves recognition and love. You can't get cheesecake or a waffle breakfast sandwich at McDonald's.

Amazing experience here! The staff was outstanding! I couldn't believe that, for a fast food place, they were so attentive and pleasant! I thanked the staff and manager for being so amazing! I don't live close, but if I ever go through here again, you better believe I will return here!!

I always go there late but the service is on another level and the food slaps 9 times out of 10. If I could rate more stars I would. I don't know their names but the two kind ladies working the drive-thru are amazing at their jobs and are always very kind.

Yeah that's where I get all my gas 93 octane it seems to run best in my truck 2011 Dodge ram 1500 hemi 5.7 and of course I love the Burger King. My lady is hooked on the cheesy tots lol

Staff was beyond courteous, food was warm and great and price - just right. Can't beat their deals and it gets even better if you load the App!

I went to the drive thru and ordered a Whopper with cheese value meal and a kids meal w/cheeseburger plain. They were out of ketchup, forgot the fries for the kids meal and no cheese on the Whopper.....ugh

I am giving 5 stars tonight to the staff. Even though they were swamped, shorthanded, and dealing with rude impatient people , they remained calm, kind and apologetic. Thank you.

I have not had good experiences with burger kings but this one has been great...best customer service and food is actually always right and good

Burger King where I'm from really sucks. This was amazing, I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the food. Will definitely go back when I'm that area again.
