Surprised at the negative reviews. My food is always fresh, hot and accurate. As a vegan I have many order modifications and they always get it right .

Always a treat, friendly folks and quick service with a smile. Plenty of sauce for all.

Went through the drive-thru late night. Our food was made to order, fresh, so that was a good thing.

However, we got to the window, we paid and we were handed our bag. Upon exiting the parking lot, we looked in the bag and realized - We were only given a couple of our items. The bulk of our order had not been given to us.

So, we had to go back around to the Drive Thru. The man who waited on us was very pleasant and understanding when we returned. However, he hadn't even begun to cook a couple of the items we'd ordered (& paid for) So, we did have to wait for just a few more minutes...

That said, it was WORTH IT!
As my chicken quesadilla was pure PERFECTION!

I have NEVER had a better one from Taco Bell and I've had tons of them! Real talk, It tasted like it came from a really fancy, authentic Mexican restaurant - NOT a fast food joint. No offense T.B.👊

Glad to have this location close to work when nothing else is open late. Service is great, my order is always accurate and the food is well made and packaged.

This review is not about the food but for the service. The young lady with the short blonde hair and glasses is awesome! The woman at the drive thru forgot to give us our card back and the other lady with the blonde hair and glasses RANNN after our car to give it back to us. We were about to turn onto route 1 and she managed to run fast enough to catch us before we turned out. Looking back at how fast she would have had to run to get to us...that was dedication lol Girl deserves a raise! Thank you for being so quick, last time this happened to us at a drive thru the kid stole our card, so you saved us!

meagan took our order and was so professional and nice while doing it. every taco bell i’m at it seems like they all don’t like there job but she was awesome the food was great. which the food usually is bc i’m taco bell’s #1 fan but i love meagan and plan on driving 30 min just to have this service again and good food

Poor guy at the window looked like he was working alone. My items came out quickly and perfectly. Everything tasted great. Will certainly be back.

This location always has the best customer service. It taste much better than other Taco Bell's simply because the staff seem to care about customer satisfaction. It has been clean everytime I have visited. I often drive out of my way to patronize this particular location, because I know I'll be pleased with my overall experience.

I love the way they are handling The Covid19 situation. They are being extremely careful which I love. Was saddened to know that they discontinued one of my favorite items the tostada. Please bring it back as I have to eat gluten free for the rest of my life unfortunately and the tostada was one of the things on the menu I can eat.

Thanks to the guys on shift tonight making the order Rochester refused to do tonight. They did it right before closing for the night and made our night, please give these guys a raise 🤪

Customer service seems to be lacking in many fast food restaurants lately. The night I stopped at this Taco Bell with a friend was the exception for sure. This restaurant was clean and Jeremiah provided amazing customer service. The staff was friendly and the food was great.

The family discussion was we hadn't had any fast food in awhile. So 8 Crunchy tacos Supreme, 2 bean and cheese burritos, 3 bean and meat burritos, and 3 Doritos Locos Tacos and wr ate well.

Hahahah go at night! This is the funniest most extra Taco Bell I've been to. If Derek still works here your drive through experience will be enjoyable. All our food was correct and delicious.

Food was hot, fast, and friendly service!!! Left my lights on as I ate and killed my battery. After freaking a drive through atendent out. All I heard was '"I am a girl you answer the guy at the window"...(suppose I shoulda called) Manager Dustin came out and helped me on my way home with a jump. Huge thanks to them!!! Very greatful that I didn't have to call anyone at 11 at night.

New crew but they were very kind, made our order as quickly as the small crew could, fixed what was wrong with our order promptly, delivered it to our table, and gave us some coupons. No complaints. Great cheap food.

I was craving a Taco Bell breakfast. I just had to try steak & egg stacker. It was fantastic. The store was spotless , service great & the staff was fantastic. I will make this my regular quick breakfast spot

I love the food there. I like how the manager lets people with autism like myself work there. The place isn't really crowded and I love that. The food is good for all types of people. There are usually deals that go on like the Xbox onex where you buy the $5 extra chulupa box and you can customize it. The chulupa taco is so good. The bread and the Natcho sauce taste good together. I totally recommend this to people who are hungry you will be satisfied.

Cashier was very patient with us and are children and she got our order correct being complicated as it was. And the service quick and the place was very clean.cant ask for much for from a fast food restaurant.doesnt take much to keep us happy

I found out taco Bell stays open until 1 for this night owls that is a good thing to know that restaurants are easy to drive through I have been in the inside is very nice but not right now because of the pandemic Brett know if it's late at night taco Bell is more than likely open I think they close at 1

Great hot food very good looking store and really good employees seemed to handle the rush really good the manager was some little female she was very polite and on point with the service I appreciate it ...
