KFC

The food was great. We just did the drive thru. But there weren’t but a couple of people working so it took a while to get our food. I really don’t like to have to pull up in a drive thru, especially if we haven’t ordered anything special !

My husband got the chicken breast and leg combo he had to pay $1.00 and some change up charge. Half the crust was gone off the breast . They wouldn't fox it or give him another one.. 🙄 The veggie pizza was 😋

In the past this location has been fairly slow, but on this visit the service was prompt, they got all the modifications to my order correct, and the person manning the drive through line was courteous. Hoping this is a signal of better management going forward.

Jeremy Ferguson, I believe is the young mans name that treated me so kindly. I came through the drive through to get dinner for my family and the line was crazy long. We waited in line for 20 mins alone. Then another 15 or so for our food in a parking spot. When he brought my food out he noticed that my sides were tipped over in the bag and said " give me a second ma'am and let me go fix this for you" I was so appreciative for his kindness. Most people wouldnt have taken the time to notice, much less fix it. So thank you young man.

The people they are so nice and they do a wonderful job. I LOVE THIS KFC!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!!

New staff was on it..delivered to my car in timely manner..glad to see my favorite gal working the window again..so sorry can't recall her name..she s always smiling and goes the extra mile..manager material..

Food was good and didnt take 3 days to get it unlike taco bell who happens to be in the exact same spot

They gave my girlfriend and I a cookie and saved us money by combining our order into a meal. Really great fastfood customer service!

I only use drive thru and have had no issues. The cashier's are always nice.

Sometimes they're to busy talking to one and another they don't pay attention to what they're doing they forget part of customers orders

Wonderful compared to the one in moonville . It needs to be closed down and start over again. This one in pelzer is better by leaps and bounds.
