Patti's Kitchen

It's hard to know where to start with this homey, wonderful breakfast and lunch spot! My family discovered Patti's when we bought our beach house 6 years ago in Chadwick Beach. Patti's makes incredible food, has a great atmosphere, has the most wonderful staff, and all in all is our NUMBER 1 place to go to eat at the beach! If we are down for a day or a week, we eat breakfast there every day. We never get tired of it because there's always something great to eat waiting just down the block. We depend on Patti's and I don't know what we'd do without it! Actually, last year we had to do without it because it was closed for maybe 5 months during a major renovation. We were forced to try other places, and nothing even came close to measuring up to Patti's. Thank you - everyone at Patti's- for being the great people you are and for being in our neighborhood. Our lives are truly enhanced just because of your restaurant!

Cute breakfast and lunch spot with fast and friendly service. Food is tasty and filling at reasonable prices. Always a welcoming spot! Today we enjoyed the breakfast sliders and chicken and waffles.

Great food and service. I had the bacon grilled cheese on sourdough and it was great. My wife had an egg and cheese on a hard roll and loved it. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.

World's best breakfast!! The food is delicious, but the people are even better! This true family run restaurant is a gem to our community! You leave feeling like you just left a friend's home with a full tummy.

The remodel gave Patti's Kitchen a more airy and welcoming feeling. The food is delicious and our waitress was as pleasant as can be. Overall, a good experience and my husband and I will definitely be back.

Patti’s Kitchen is a family owned well oiled machine. This place knows what they are doing every staff member was refilling something or making coffee or refilling the ice.

I got the medley of French toast (or you could get pancakes) eggs, and choice of meat (i got Taylor ham) with toast. My mom got the waffles with blueberries. We both thought the food was excellent and ate everything. Literally nothing was left. I am honestly surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews and maybe it’s because just word of mouth works for them. I heard from a friend that this place was great.

We love Patti’s Kitchen. Everything about the place is wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant. Staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. We all really love your restaurant. All the best.

Small fa.ily run business great food I loved the omelets there. Pancakes very fluffy and light. Off season no problems getting seated well run.

Patti's is all that and more. Feels like home. I hate to post this as they are already slammed with business and still outperform the workload. Expect to wait if you're not there early. Deal with it as it's worth the wait!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Kelsie at Patti's Kitchen. During the summer seasons we spent in Normandy, my mother and I had a cherished tradition of visiting Patti’s for breakfast, specifically ordering the fresh peach pancakes and a cup of coffee. Patti’s became such a favorite that my mother would willingly drive an hour each way during the off-season just to enjoy a meal there. Though I've only owned property in Normandy for three years, Patti’s quickly became a tradition when we’d come down.

Tragically, my dear mother passed away last week, and both of us had spent most of the summer in the hospital. Our time in Normandy was limited this year. However, this week, I made the decision to visit Patti’s alone. As I walked in, a wave of grief overwhelmed me. Kelsie noticed my pain the moment I walked through the door and immediately offered her condolences for my mother's loss. I couldn't hold back my tears, and Kelsie hugged my tightly, even amid the busy lunchtime rush.

I found a seat at the counter and ordered my pancakes, but Kelsie didn't hesitate to check on me multiple times, even though she was handling a busy shift. When the time came to pay the bill, Kelsie insisted that breakfast was her treat that day. I'll forever remember the pain of walking into Patti’s without my mom, but I'll also forever treasure the compassion, warmth, and kindness that Kelsie showed me.

Patti’s Kitchen is more than just an exceptional restaurant with delicious food; it's a place where you're enveloped in a sense of belonging. I want to extend my profound appreciation to Kelsie and Patti’s Kitchen for helping me navigate the many "firsts" that lie ahead without my mom by my side.

We make sure to stop here everytime we are in the area. The staff here is probably the best I've ever experienced. All convey a sense of happy attentiveness and pride in service. I have to give some credit to management. You can tell they treat there employees with respect and it demonstrates through there impeccable service. Also, the food is delicious!

Im leaving this review for Patti. My girlfriend and I sat down at the counter on 4th of July weekend. The place was completely full and Patti was running around helping her staff do everything. Wait tables, host, run food etc. At one point she stopped and told her staff to drink some water so they wouldn’t be dehydrated. I’ve worked a lot of serving jobs, and most managers on a busy day like that would be hiding in their office or giving orders. Never change Patti…5 stars always

One of my favorite breakfast spots year-round! Fun and relaxing atmosphere and GREAT food. Staff always goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of.
