Fresh market with produce and a huge deli with plenty of meats, cheese and sides to choose from. Prices a bit higher but then again it's an island. We found caviar, ready to eat salads, and seafood. You have to be fully clothed before entering

We have been shopping here for years and LOVE that it has everything you need under one roof!!! The meat is the best the quality is top notch!!! From their burgers to the veal chops, steaks, chicken it’s all great quality!!! Deli is perfect for excellent cold cuts, etc. i highly recommend for your Summer go to!!!

I absolutely love Lasolas and miss it everywhere else I go. It's my go to for just about everything when I'm in Lavalette- Breakfast, Lunch, Breads- it's unbeatable. Some of the folks in there can have a standoffish attitude but especially as a regular customer I've come to make friends with some of the employees- specifically a few guys at the deli, who are personable and hilarious. I truly look forward to seeing them, not to mention the absolutely fantastic breakfast sandwiches they make completely to order- even when I want something a bit outrageous. This place is my home base for the summer and I can't say enough good about it.

My favorite place on the Jersey shore! ( Since it was Ebbys) Unbelievable food, everything has always been fantastic. The only thing better than the food is the people:). Big fan of the family running it and the consistently great eats.

Lasolas is THE BEST deli/ sandswhich shop on the strip. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious and they do a great job of call ahead orders so you don't have to wait too long inside. Their butcher counter is by far the highest quality of meat in the area- their sausage and burgers are a personal favorite- again VERY reasonable. In the summer during the busy time I do suggest calling ahead if you are placing an order for their sandwich counter, or grabbing food early in the day.

Great food here - deli, butcher, baked goods & much much more... very convenient... only negative is that they are always busy, so you have a bit of a wait to get the best food around!! 😉

It is the best shore life grocery store around! Great selection of meat and seafood to cook along with other classic northeast side dishes. Love that it is a bike ride away for us!!

Always our go-to spot! Great prepared foods, super fresh meats from their butcher, beautiful produce, and even tasty treats from their bakery. And of course they have all your basic necessities and then some in the grocery part of the store!

We love lasolas. It is a staple for our jersey shore vacation every year. Reliable, friendly, and fast service. And delicious food!

BEST SANDWICH AND SUB PLACE ON THIS PLANET! Italian style deli, Im very greatful they reopened after the Sandy Hurricane, Jersey shore would not have been the same without it. You want a great sub, you have to experience this place. Very generous portions of meat on subs, flavors are out of this world. they use fresh mozzerella

Deli counter and head have great options. It's all delicious especially the Italian sausage. Groceries are a bit pricey, but you're at the beach!

Has everything you need all the food is awsome

Half a sub is equivalent to almost a 12 inch at subway! Great place to get an egg and cheese for breakfast too. Only downfall is limited parking!

Great breakfast and lunch sandwiches at the deli. Good market to pick up something fresh, but the prices definitely reflect the convenience of it.
