He got us the windshield wipers we needed and put them on our cars for us
Made sure our wiper fluid was filled up, an all around very nice guy, who we laughed and talked with, while he handled the task

Purchased a battery from a different store but was the wrong type. Initially they didn't want to exchange thought that it was used but after confirming with manager and checking the battery, they did exchange it. Can understand why they did it and they were nice about it, so giving good recommendation.

Shout out to Vanthano! I think that's how you spell his name. Asian gentleman. He's always super helpfull! I always see him helping out customers and he's always in a good mood. Bought some windshield wipers and he helped put them on for us and topped off the windshield fluid. Vanthano consistently goes the extra mile by offering enticing bundle deals and ensuring we find exactly what we need. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, 100% the best customer service in any autoparts business I've experienced. Got help with my purchase. Needed fixings for a oil change.

Went there to get the rear windshield wiper blade for my 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport, but as they were sold out their highly experienced and trained personnel found out with the Autozone software the nearest dealer which had one. They had me pay for it and gave me a receipt so all I had to do is pick it up at the new location. Now that is service.

I bought a few parts for my truck. Fuel pump, power steering pump, Ac Compressor and gaskets. Staff there was very helpful. No disappointments here. 👍

It's a typical AutoZone. Lots of stuff one will need to keep their vehicle maintained, looking good, and running well. Unlike other AutoZone's, this one closes at 9:00 though. Not 10:00, like every other one that I have been to

Abraham Zamora, Store manager of AutoZone store# 2876 in Fresno, California deserves some serious recognition!

Some friends and I were coming home from vacation late one night recently, passing through Fresno in my small Class B Dodge motorhome, when it decided to break down, causing us to exit the freeway and wind up stranded in an otherwise undesirable location, and late at night. We were very nervous and concerned. We were able to limp the vehicle down the road a ways to this AutoZone store. We had no idea what was wrong with our vehicle, what parts we needed, and how we would fix our problem this late at night. That's when Abraham stepped up and went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. He looked at our vehicle, quickly determining all it's problems, and then proceeded to give us the best possible deal on 3 parts we needed, but it doesn't stop there. He also very quickly and efficiently removed our defective parts, and installed the new ones right there on the spot, professionally, quickly, and all while reassuring us that we would be absolutely fine and back on the road in no time. Abraham left us speechless, quite frankly, with his positive attitude, reassuring nature, and willingness to not only sell us the parts we needed, but do so after diagnosing our problem, and then proceeding to roll up his sleeves and quickly fix our problems. If it wasn't for Abraham I honestly don't know what we would have done. He literally saved the day. It's nice to know that there are people out there like Abraham, who will see someone in need and help them without saying a word. His kindess has resulted in myself and my friends becoming loyal AutoZone customers from here on out. Can you only imagine if all part stores had someone like Abraham running them? I have never had such a positive experience at any store let alone an auto parts store.
