My truck was needing a front windshield. Very friendly and professional with the initial conversation and a very reasonable price. I scheduled the appointment with them and they showed up on time did the front windshield very professionally and timely. I couldn't be happier with their service. If I ever need another window (hopefully I don't) I will call Riders with no hesitations.

They did an excellent job on my windshield, it was affordable and they came the same day! I highly recommend them.

I have had a rear glass and a windshield replaced by Riders. I have had flawless experiences both times! The wait time was almost non-existent and price was very reasonable. This is an awesome business to have in the area!

Like most people, we hired Dawson to replace our windshield because they were cheap. Someone who has the knowledge and experience in this field should know what type of windshield a vehicle needs. It took this guy three attempts to figure out what type of window was needed for our truck.

The day he replaced our windshield he cracked it. He told us that we needed to pay him first so he could order a new window. Of course, we did. We called him everyday for the last 4 days and he kept making an excuse as to why the window had not arrived. A lady named Tori or Tory (not sure how it’s spelled) called and left us a voicemail saying she will get it taken care of the next day early in the morning. Three days passed and they never came out to fix our windshield. We reached out to them and they will not pick up. We ended up having to pay a different company to fix the damage and we lost our money to these thief’s.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANIES SERVICES! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEFS.

Very unprofessional.
They break glasses getting them out when they should just be an R&I for when replacing a roof skin. They don’t transfer over registration stickers and they scratch cars getting glasses out. Dawson says he will be there then ignores your calls and texts when he doesn’t show even when it’s scheduled. Doesn’t order your glass when your invoice is paid and then prolongs the date for installation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not use this guy, completely unprofessional.. leaves behind broken glass, windshield was leaking air from the bottom after he replaced it, told me he was coming out several days in a row. Blocked my number on one phone until I threaten to take him to small claims court. Then I got a call from some woman assuring me it would be taken care of , well it wasn't. This guy is a joke lies and doesn't hold up to anything he says. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that is professional and has a good history with customers. He has a really good talk on the phone until you challenge him to make things right after tearing up your vehicle, do not be fooled. Take your vehicle to the professionals.

I had a crack on my windshield that needed to be replaced. I called various locations to give me a quote, and Riders had the cheapest price. I was skeptical at first but when I spoke with him it seemed that he knew what he was doing and sounded professional. When he got here though my skepticism shot up. He was rough taking the old windshield out and did minor damages to the car. The new windshield didn’t even last a day until it cracked at the base (this was after I let it sit for three days for the glue to set). I called him again and again to see what was the next move but he never called back. For me that was very unprofessional.

Sounds professional on the phone, but completely different story when it comes to doing the job.. no warranty or corrections on his work, if your skeptical like I was go with your instinct and use the professionals!

Do not do business with this guy. He is a liar and will tear your vehicle up
