The crew arrived and went right to work. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of our house. When they finished they cleaned up and when they left there was no evidence that they had ever been there!
They also loved our dogs!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team. The guy who did the initial measurements and estimate was also on the installation team. During installation, they found that the framing construction of my windows was not standard, and the windows flashing did not cover at the top all the way out to the siding. The owner of the company, George, came out and designed a new flashing to make it right. The new flashing had to be manufactured special, so it was several days before they could seal the tops. George stayed in touch with me the whole time and would not accept my final payment until the job was completed. Custom construction projects like window replacement are very expensive and require good skills. The attitude and integrity of the TWG team was great. Their price was right in line with my other estimates. I recommend this team. You’ll be happy with the quality of the product, and friendly knowledgeable team.

we have used That Window Guy for all of our window replacement needs, they have always been professional from their estimation process thru installation. Their measurements and matching to the other windows in our house has always been perfect and the installers very aware of their surroundings, careful not to disturb there surroundings more than what's needed. I would highly recommend them.

I called that window guy when needed to replace a window that got busted in when my house got broken into. Came out measured the glass for me and ordered a new screen as well. From the estimate to installation they worked with my schedule. Every time I called with a question they were super friendly. The price was very reasonable.

This is the third time I have used That Window Guy - once to install windows in a property I owned, once for cleaning windows and once to install new windows in my current residence. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced for the quality of windows I selected. Their guys on the ground were polite, courteous and on time. George came out right away after a mishap of one of our employees backing through a large plate glass window. He had to order the glass but as soon as it came in he got it installed!! I recommend them to everyone!!

These guys are amazing. I can’t express it enough. They replaced all the windows at by business quickly and did it perfect with no mess. Then I had them come back almost a year later to clean the windows and soft wash the building and I’m impressed with their work again. Highly recommend them.

That Window Guy has always done a great job for us. To date, they have done 2 of our houses. Both times they installed our shower enclosures/doors. The first house they did framed enclosures and the second house they did frameless doors. Both times the job was done on point and within budget. Always friendly, professional and timely. Call That Window Guy. These guys are amazing. We called 7 different window companies and "That Window Guy" was the fastest to respond, did a free estimate which was in a PDF and very professionally done, and the service for the estimate was the very next day. Exceptional customer service from the estimator, to the customer support, to the install team. The install team was exceptionally professional and respectful, but also took the time to answer questions and even show me install tips and what and why they were doing what they were doing in installing. Basically, I was in their way several times learning, and they were absolutely tolerance and seemed to enjoy educating me. I have absolutely no hesitancy in recommending That Window Guy.

I just recently had some glass work done and called three companies for a quote, one never showed up, leaving me with only two quotes, I asked both companies to email me a copy of the spec sheet for the materials to be used (something I do as a norm of business in the line of work that I do), That Window Guy not only emailed me a copy of the specs, but also brought out sample materials for us to see, the other company refused to provide a spec sheet let alone bring out a sample. Therefore, I called That Window Guy and let them know that I would like for them to do the work. The work is now done, a very polite installer came out on the day scheduled, did a superb job, and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend That Window Guy to anyone needing their services, and we will definitely use them again for any of our glass needs. There is an old saying "the extra mile is never crowded" and That Window Guy has the road all to himself.

We just got our windows done today. I would highly recommend these guys very professional with their work. Very nice e people. I have never been so excited about windows because we could never open ours and now we can. We will definitely be using this company in the future to get more windows replaced.

From start to completion, they were right on time. I received a competitive bid and the price I paid was exactly what they said it would be. Very respectful and competent team from start to finish.
