Burger King

First off I want to say the food here is always super fresh no matter what time of the day. I come here often because of the hospitality my family and I receive from the manager Amanda. She is super sweet and helpful. Usually when she is not there, the food is still great but the customer experience is not as great.

I have been on keto for a few months and have been to different burger kings in the area that usually over charge me and won’t let me buy a side of pickles. Today I stopped at burger king near walmart and not only did they make it as cheap as possible they gave me a box of pickles on the side for free. Very good customer service. I will be returning!

Yesterday was my very 1st visit to this Burger King, and it was awesome! I love the Drive-Thru speaker with the flashing nuggets sign, because chicken nuggets are one of my favorites too!

Popped through the BK Pittston drive-thru on my way home from a shopping trip. This was the first time I've tasted the freshest food from a fast food place in a very long time. I barely eat fast food anymore because I'm old enough to know how much the quality has diminished. Occasionally I'll grab something lite, if it's fried there seems to be the rancid taste attached from un-changed oil in the fryers, but that was certainly not the case at this BK, atleast not on this day. Kudos to what looked to be 3 staff at most in the building, you obviously still care about providing quality.

I pulled in and being from outta town passing through I was starving. I noticed the lobby was closed but drive through was not. My vehicle is about a foot too tall for drive thru. I call inside and the manager (Kim Patton) actually came to the door, took my order, and brought my food to my van! Whaaatt! BK customer satisfaction? I’d say so!

The person who took my order was so friendly and she kept an eye on everything to make sure I got it quickly. I love the Coke machines. It's a real improvement. I also really love the Impossible Whopper! I hope you keep it as regular item

The food is always fresh and tasty. The bathroom is clean and has paper towels. They also feature the new Coke machine with all the flavors!!! The workers are upbeat and cheerful. A great way to get the day started!!!

Its just rough lately the limited hours and limited workers but its not their fault
If i have a big order they will take it over phone ahead of time so they don't have to rush and i don't gave to wait forever

Good food made fast. Clean restaurant ( including rest rooms) and friendly staff. Perfect dining experience for fast food!

A very nice Burger King...brightly lit, clean, and a woman was actually dusting the light fixtures. They made my son a taco in the morning, and he was pleased. More BKs should be like this one!

I drove in for my favorite burger, a Bacon double cheese burger and onion rings, I also had a Sprite. The burger was juicy and the rings were great!

Love Burger King, staff is great! Love all their food, my new favorite is the ch'king chicken sandwich!!! Delicious 😋

Great place very very clean and great customer service. Food was exactly the way I ordered it and hot and fresh. They fixed me a hamburger at 9am!!

This place gives grade A quality customer service along with a family friendly environment the staff is some of the nicest people I know I would never step foot into another Burger King because this is the best one you can ever go to
