Waiting time was minimal
Coffee was fresh and hot

Love this location. They are always so pleasant. If I had to choose my favorite dunkin in luzerne county, this one would be it. Went in the other day and my son was saying he wanted a chocolate donut with sprinkles. Cashier overheard and gave him a donut free of charge. That's a good employee right there. Going above and beyond. You guys better keep her. Good employees are hard to come by. Especially ones like her. Fast friendly service. A.m crew never lets me down when I come for my coffee 🏃. Thank you. Keep up the good work!

I come here every morning, not because it is on my way because it is not, rather i come here for the efficiency of the staff specifically. Every morning im there, there's a line of folks, but it moves quickly as they have a perfect system that is flawless & they care about getting customers what they want quickly without losing quality service & preparation.

Unfortunately, not every DD is this well oiled, & i believe more locations can learn a thing or twenty from the management & staff at this location.

We went there for a school meeting. I really liked the really high tables and stools. I am 5'5.5", and my feet were dangling! 😊 It was a very clean store, and at the hours of 1-3 pm, it had a decent amount of people, but not a huge wait time in line. Since it is one a few blocks away from my mom's place, I would definitely return.

The sweet black pepper bacon sandwich is delicious Hits the taste buds just right. I don't know what it is about the mixture of the sweetness and the black pepper but it is delicious one of my favorite on the menu. And this Dunkin really knows how to make a coffee I always ask for my regular hazelnut extra cream extra sugar and 7 times outta 10 people get it wrong. This place was very busy and at the same time the employees managed to get everybody's order taken care of in a timely fashion thank you again I will be visiting soon.

Great coffee, friendly staff and not along wait time. They also have order to go, place your order on their app and pick your order up.

Love all the employees. They know my coffee order and have it ready by the time I reach the register.

Coffee was made good. Staff was kind only downside is no drive through! But good!

Dunkin Donuts is the it place to go after school so when the high school lets out be prepared to have tons of kids trampling in there in a very long line so great service and all but just recommend going at after school time
