Panera Bread

The food can be iffy at times but the service is very good. The workers at this specific Panera bread are happy to help with whatever you need. They are obviously very sweet and keep the tables clean. They always stay busy and are never distracted. There is one employee in particular that serviced me, Katherine, and she was very friendly and attentive. She makes the experience 100x better.

One of the best of all the Panera Bread I went to. Staff was kind, service was fast AND the salad was perfect, up the the Panera standard! Sadly some other address from that food chain are far from that.

Whole Chicken Caesar salad with extra Caesar sauce, my favorite! It’s always nice to have a $5 Panera Bread coupon from donating blood with the Red Cross also! Fast friendly service here that made my day. Earlier a woman tried to run me down in a pedestrian crossing. What is wrong with people?

The following review will be my first for this store. What I'm about to say I've not always been able to say but I can now. When you walk into the store you are greeted by a competent courteous staff member who attentively takes your order. And you get the same attentiveness with your order being made and delivered to you with personality behind the counter. My orders are always correct. I believe this has everything to do with management. If the owner manager isn't there assisting you have my favorite Panera personality Zack, the morning manager. If Zach is not taking your order he's making sure your orders right. I don't sit down and have breakfast and when I am on the run this place is spot-on. Check them out

This Panera Bread is great! Especially the gentleman named Bernardo! He was kind and patient… happy to see people like this in the service industry. Sometimes the small things can make someone’s day. 5 stars for Bernardo!

Ordered two large squash soups. It came on two separate large plates. I asked for a tray. The guy told me they didn't have any. He immediately offered to bring the second one to my table. He did so cheerfully. The soup was delicious. Great service, great food!

Typically use them for catering. they deliver now which is AMAZINGLY convenient. I place my order online and forget about it sometimes. Yvette and the catering team is ALL STAR quality at Panera prices!

I had to update my review to credit more of the awesome staff members. Today I worked with Hope, the store manager. I can see now why the staff is so incredible! She's kind, funny and professional. Even when a customer was rude to her, she was still smiling.

Amy has been helping with the catering and again, like Yvette before, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT when we order. I am thrilled to have THIS staff near by!

I have eaten at this location 20 times with my young kids in the last 6 months. We have always had fast, great service, and good food. Until today...I was in a hurry so I tried something different and phoned in an order to take to my child's school and have lunch with her at school. When I got there 20 minutes later the order had not been started, but in all fairness it was during the busy noon lunch hour, so I waited patiently for another few minutes as the cashier checked on the order and said they were working on it. Fast forward 20 more minutes of me standing there they gave me the wrong order and then discovered they had lost my order. Well, a young guy named Chris (Christian?) stepped up and made the whole order quickly and apologetically. The manager was apologetic and even gave us a free meal for next time. Every restaurant will have busy times where a customer's order will get misplaced or something similar. How they deal with those mishaps says a lot about them. These guys handled it well and earned my continued business by how they dealt with the frustrating situation.

I love the quality of the food here!!! The motif is very islandy with amazing high quality food! My friend has food allergies and he was able to pick from the menu with ease! They don't have outdoor seating available but came out to meet us while we hung out with my clients dog here. Very friendly place, the staff are more like friends then servers. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I ordered deliver from Panera for the first time today. The manager called to check if I wanted anything in my iced coffee as it is usually self serve - I felt like this was very thoughtful, personal service. Upon delivery, I received part of the wrong order and did not receive part of my correct order. I wasn't worried, mistakes happen.The staff was very friendly and promptly brought the correct items to me. They even threw in a free cookie. Very nice, very quick. I was extremely impressed with their kindness and quick service.

Decent food, fair prices, clean, healthy options.

One of the better Panera Breads around. It has to be a cut better to make it in Jupiter and it makes it just fine. The staff are courteous and attentive. The food is well prepared. It has a good Ambience for having lunch together or a business meeting or just to come in and work on something or study. Plenty of space and comfortable seating.

I joined The Sippers club. I can get a free drink every 2 hours. I love their high caffeine lemonade.

I have breakfast and coffee at this location at least 4 to 5 times a week, as well as occasional lunch and dinner.
The food and coffee is consistently excellent and fresh.
The staff is well trained, polite, attentive and helpful.
There always seems to be several, layers of management on duty overseeing operations.
The facility is well maintained and frequently upgraded and renovated.
I can see by the large number of locals I frequently see at the Cafe, that many people agree with my opinion.
I coined a term for the atmosphere...PANERADISE!😎

Always a great expericance at this location! Friendly staff and great food. I can assure you that the reason why this store does so well is because of the general manger, Hope. Our employees have been coming here for years and everytime we come Hope is always hard at work, multi tasking at every step and making sure everyone is always happy. She is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for always making our experience a good one!

OMG ! Where should we begin ? Beyond blown away by the SUPER AMAZING customer service provided by Jordan which is the new catering coordinator for this location. Super patient, friendly and courteous over the phone and managed to expedite everything on a timely manner during one of the busiest period of the year
