Jessica is awesome! She helped me and my girlfriend move in as quick as one day, she worked with us and accommodated our every need when we told her about our current situation. No judgment at all from her and nothing but kindness with our experience here!

The apartment manager Jessica is the best! She is super helpful with the application process and accommodated our needs when we needed the extra help! She has just been overall so great! The complex is kept clean and the neighbors are friendly! Love it here so much! Thank you Jessica

I've already been here a year and it's honestly a great place to live. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues and the units are adequately sound proofed from each other. I barely heard a peep out of my neighbors this last year. Peace in quiet in the city is hard to come by. Talk with Jessica in the leasing office, she'll get you into a unit ASAP.

Jessica has been wonderful. She's been extremely helpful since I moved in and has made my first apartment experience a great one. I'm grateful for her kindness and highly recommend Fifty one Flats.

Let me start with Jessica the apartment manager.... Simply amazing.... I've been telling everyone every property management company needs to take a lesson from her.... she treats you like a person and not just a number... She is so friendly and just honestly an amazing human.... She made the move in process smooth and made me feel so comfortable... definitely deserves a raise.... next I want to compliment the maintenence guy he did an incredible job getting the apartment move in ready... although I haven't moved in yet what attracted me was all the amazing reviews and every single one of them is legit. I promise you won't be sorry you checked this place out!

I love living at 51 Flats! It is such a positive environment. The apartment manager Jessica is so kind and understanding. She is a hard worker and always available to help you out. I am so glad I found 51 Flats!

Just recently moved in to fifty one flats and It’s great :) the complex is calm and quiet and the property manager Jessica is amazing. Her professionalism and kindness make renting from here a great experience ! She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are happy and comfortable.

I can't recommend these apartments enough. They're a great price and everyone is fairly quiet. The manager jessica is amazing and helped me any time I needed it.

Jessica has been an angel helping me through the darkest time in my life as long as u are honest and open with her she will work with u. I moved in a few months ago and I have recently miscarried my baby and my ex emptied my accounts. And left me I talked to Jessica not really giving a whole lot of details about what I've been going through. I just told her I was having financial issues and she worked with me. And I can truly say that Jessica is amazing kind hearted and living here has been a blessing to me and my daughter. Thank u Jess. She will make sure you are taken care of and if anything happens in your apartment she is quick to have it fixed. Amazing complex and staff.

Willing to work with you to get you moved in, and always friendly! If you need something done, she's ready to help.
The apartments are beautiful, clean and redone. And don't get me started on the amount of storage space in the studios! WOW!

Jessica the apartment manger has been a god send! She’s working very hard to make the apartments look nice, safe, and an amazing place to live! She has been so helpful through my husband and I losing our keys to us needing maintenance done in our apartment. She is amazing at making sure anything you need done gets done in the same day!

The rent is super affordable, The apartments are super quiet you can barely hear upstairs neighbors or anybody around you. Overall just an amazing place to live if you’re looking for an apartment!!!

UPDATE‼‼‼(3/29/2024) After staying here for 2 years

They switch out landlords like crazy. Also the mice and roaches are just waiting on you to move in so they can come out and greet you 😊. Also don’t bother thinking you’re going to get your full deposit back once you move out because they will take majority of it and send you a very small amount back after living in hell with unexpected guest ⬆ -0/10 🗣 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The process for moving here was easy and Jessica was amazing...she was so sweet...I would definitely recommend French quarters

Great management. Jessica is an awesome woman always willing to work with you to get stuff done. Was very helpful and kind. Outside of buildings is clean no trash and looks nice. The laundromat is clean and cheap and the apartments are spacious for one bedrooms.

Jessica was an amazing help! She's straight to the point and efficient with her work, the apartments Give off a quiet vibe and they're in a nice area. Definitely worth checking out

I've been here since mid-February and it has been great! Super quiet, no issues at all. Jessica, the Apartment Manager is literally the best. Studio apartments are small, of course but there is so much closet space that storage hasn't been an issue. I would definitely recommend French Quarters in Tulsa!

Lived here for a couple of weeks now, and the property manager has been great about helping me with the move-in process. This is my first apartment and she went through everything with me to get me started! The place is clean and neighbors seem quiet and nice.
