McDonald's

Came through at 1am and the guy at the window was very cool and the food was hot af! Not to mention that chicken sandwich is about as close to the commercial as it gets

Food was fresh and hot.

Staff were nice and helpful. Forgot my drink in drive thru. But definitely the nicest McDonald's employees I've ever interacted with.

Lot was somewhat dirty. Trash/stains

While I don’t frequent many fast food restaurants when I do go to a McD’s this is the BEST one. Super customer service, very friendly and my food is always hot and fresh. Did I say super customer service and very courteous staff!!

I stopped in this morning and the ladies at both windows were very sweet and friendly, especially for it being 630ish in the morning! My food came out quickly, maybe 2 minutes from placing the order to having my food and it LOOKED AND TASTED good. Usually you only get 1 out of the 2. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. 10/10 and will stop again on my morning commutes.

The best french fries I've had at McDonald's in the last 2 years... They were fried perfectly and hot!

I've never had a bad experience here, but it is one young lady that takes drive-through orders whose customer service skills are so exemplary, that I literally leave happy every time she is there. Once I get her name and ask her permission, I Will upload it here.

Update: The employee that I mentioned earlier is Gabby. If you ever go there for breakfast you will recognize her immediately because of her amazing customer service skills.

The staff is pretty cool. The young lady at the first drive through window laughed right along with me when my barely awake mind tried to put my debit card in the machine backwards. A smile first thing in the morning just makes your whole day better.

The place was clean and the service good. They may have been short a worker, but one guy working the front was amazing.

I don't care for the garbage they serve at any McDonald's but then again i don't eat fast food but I'm glad some people do or I wouldn't have a job lol. But for us dashers I gotta say there one of the few restaurants that get there food out fast to us. As long as it's during the day but that's with any fast food restaurant and it depends on which one you go to and who's working.

Good food but if you are getting it to go you wait forever so you would be better off to get out of the car and go in place your order to go because you get it much faster and don't have to keep waiting in the long lines at McDonald's

I RARELY get to leave a good review for a McDonalds restaurant let alone a 5 star but this particular store deserves it. While traveling, my family gave a complicated order through the drive thru and they got it all correct fast and friendly! Great Job!

I hope I'm saying this about the right McDonald's but the McDonald's is warren I have no problem for breakfast the credit card machine was not working. Oh she act like she didn't know what to do so she asked me do I want to go to the drive-thru and make my order I told her to drive through too long why would I come inside if I want to go to the drive-thru then she said well do you want to use the kiosk and I was like I don't know how to use that's what you came after you act like she didn't know how to use it all she had to do is take to open up the other register and that credit card machine was working I just don't understand it there must be more training done at the store if the manager act like she don't know what she's doing how to solve problems I will continue to go to the store but I hope you all fixed the problem when I'm down here in Warren

You have a great manager in the store she was in White Hall doing a great job now you have a manager drop in sales in the store she does not know what she's doing that's why she's not a supervisor anymore it's pretty bad when you got to wait 12 to 15 minutes in the lobby to get your food

I stopped here for lunch on the way through while travelling. The food was as to be expected from McDonald's. Pretty much the same at every McDonald's. But the experience with the staff was unmatched!

The Watson Chapel area has one of the better drive thru experiences in Jefferson county.

It's a McDonald's ... Don't expect much
