Lowe's one of the few places you have love that still allows me I'm coming in the shop

I forgot to get the customer service last name that was working Sunday morning, but she is the best! Just as nice and courteous as anyone can be. Made my time there very enjoyable. Thank you sweet lady.

The new store manager Danielle is AMAZING. The store looks FANTASTIC! There are new shopping carts, the lines in the parking lot are freshly painted, the staff is reinvigorated.

Friendly workers, good prices,great bundle deals,floors are always clear of boxes &/or merchandise to make your shopping so much easier. It doesn't matter if your just a home owner doing your own thing or a contractor doing large jobs;both are treated as if your important. No matter the $ amount you spend everyone is treated with the same professional service. Great job Lowe's keep up the great job stay safe blessed be & don't forget your mask😃

We bought a new washing machine that didn't end up fitting the pedestal our old one was on. They went above and beyond to get us the correct product we needed and discounted it do to the mix up. Very pleased with the out come.

I am currently in the middle of a complete bathroom renovation; which is a completely new experience for me. So, of course I have a million questions coming into Lowes. My five star review is purely based on the two gentlemen who helped me from start to finish. Their names are Trey Campbell and Tony Bates. Whatever material I needed they showed me its location and let me know if they had it in stock. I had quite a few materials to get. At the end, they even took my overloaded pallet cart to the checkout line and helped me load the supplies into my vehicle. This alone would have been more than enough. But, they were also so energetic, positive and thoughtful. They made this experience the most positive one that I have ever had at the Pine Bluff Lowes. I hope that anyone needing assistance is fortunate enough to be helped by either one of these men.

It has had most of thr things me and my family are looking for. AND WE BUILT AN ENTIRE HOUSE! If you need lumber and stuff this is the place to go.

I had 2 employees ask if I needed help. I know they are getting better with customer service because in the past, I would have to go find someone, who would then page someone else and I would have to wait for someone to show up.. thank you for improving this. No complaints.

They have everything I need whenever I go up in there!!! And as a DJ/Producer, much of the power cords there are definitely a good alternative to those you may get from Guitar Center and other similar places.

The gentleman that worked the doors was so helpful and took his time to show me where things were.:)

I shop there a lot!!! I don't have a problem getting help from an associate at all!!! They've really stepped it up, hired more help, and better training evidently!!! We used to call it Slowed!!! It's a lot better now!!!

Lumber has one loader Don, he was very helpful and gave great customer service. I am loving the new lumber associates.

I always like coming here for my home needs. We needed a cable for the dog and they had a great one, but we just need a plastic tubing or something to cover the cable. Always friendly staff as well.
