Service was friendly and professional, and promptly took care of my needs. Took a while to get some account issues processed and resolved, but that was at no fault of the local branch.

Laura so friendly & so helpful- she answered my 9000 questions, too. We had 30 minutes to get an account open and out of there; she got it done right on time. We’ve been apprehensive to switch from credit union in Oregon but so far, we’re very happy.

This location is on point. (The one on Gilbert in Chandler: mediocre). Amazing staff here. Went to open new accounts (self & adult son) after being told by Mohave we haven't lived "here" (Kingman specifically) long enough. Found out azfcu has a much higher savings rate than I'm getting with Navy Fed so I'm transferring all my funds. Win-win! Check them out if you want a higher rate of return on savings.

To Chandler: find a place for employees to work that is out of sight if they're not able to assist customers. Four people appearing to do nothing in front of six customers waiting in line sends the wrong message.

Mrs. Gulle was very helpful in all our banking needs. She explained the process to us and helped us make the best decisions.

Laura, Paris and Kenny are great. This is true, but not a very good description of today's experience. Upon arrival for this visit, I was greeted very warmly by all 3, Laura helped me this time. I explained my issue; that I could not figure out how to make the app text me letting me know of a transaction in real time Laura called tech support and within a very short time: MAGIC!! Issue resolved. Such wonderful experience.

The lady that helped me out was such a a helpful lady. Very proper and knowledgeable. I appreciate the business at this location.

I’ve always loved Credit Unions (they are all connected so you can deposit and withdraw from practically anywhere)…so no surprise that I love this one! Personal service in the branch…. they know your name! We even do business banking here! Just check them out!!!

We just moved to Kingman and went to several banks to open a checking and savings accounts and we were told we needed an appointment. Walked into AFCU and they helped us immediately. They are the best. I would advise everyone to go there
