The gentleman at the drive thru window (5/3/24 @9:30 pm) has excellent customer service. He is very courteous and personable. He goes above and beyond. Thanks again!

I’ve been driving through Bridgeport McDonalds every Sunday morning for the last few months and I’ve just got to brag on the kids working those windows. They are so friendly, cheerful and polite! Every Sunday they put a smile on my face and a happy feeling in my heart as I go to worship. Great job Bridgeport McDonalds !!!

Good nuggets and tea.
But, not the fault of employees, but in how McDonald's is being run these days, I get that we can order our own stuff right there in the dining room on the touch screen but the employees are not very attentive to customers because they don't have to be anymore. Sometimes a little extra help is needed and it's hard to get their attention.

Quick stop for hot fudge Sundae. Hit the spot nicely.

They gave a great play area for the kids.

Love McDonald's. Sat in the back room where the play area is. My only thing is, some of the workers were on break, we didn't bother them or them us. But the cussing was not something I wanna hear when I'm a customer dining in. Other than that love McDonald's ❤

We had our oldest daughters 5th birthday here this past sunday and all their staff was great. Super fast has the food or in no time. Very pleased and will definitely do it again. Or main party host was amelia and she was out standing and had both of our daughters excited and laughing and she was very helpful with everything

Quick drive thru response time! Not a fan of their drink prices going up will probably go back to sonics 1/2 price drinks thru the app!!

It's a small town but they always keep the restaurant clean and the food is always good and fresh!

Never have I ever had such excellent service at a McDonald’s. The employees were thorough with a big order, the fries were piping hot, the ice cream was the best and the soda was crisp. I had forgotten how good McDonalds could be!!

We don't eat at McDonald's often but the few times we've used the drive-thru at the Bridgeport location the staff is always very friendly.

Food was hot and fast

It's been a while, but stopped today while in Bridgeport and have to say the meat tasted flame broiled. 😆 needless to say it was a lot better than other McDonald's and we enjoyed our lunch.

Friendly staff, clean dining area and solid meals.

We just moved here. This location is right down the road from us and I am so glad! The playplace is very clean and cool and not smelly! Food and service are great! Thank you!

I always get no salt with my fries because there always to salty.Let me tell you that your going to wait 20 minutes on them fries!And btw if you don't understand English then let someone run the drive-thru who does!

Best mcdonald's around. I've been to a lot throughout different parts of texas and this one is one of the top 3. Food is always hot and fresh and customer service is always fast and friendly, even when busy.

The crew and manager were helpful & had customer service skills ( not all businesses have anymore) . Restroom was clean and our food was great!
