Foundation Therapy

I have been at Foundation Therapy for several different issues at different times. I have always felt very confident about the knowledge of everyone that works there. I have had the privilege of working with every single one of them. I have been enjoying my life more and more everyday because I can do things I couldn't before their treatments. They understand how to get you to do the therapy needed with your best interest in mind.

All I can say is this place is so inviting to come here. The atmosphere is warming and such positivity vibes. Being able to work with multiple Therapists to get the same achievement is just wonderful.
The owner is very much involved with everything that goes on and enjoys working with their staff and the patients that enter here.
When you first come in you feel like just another patient but oh with the 3 visit your more than just a patient your more of a friendly face and an acquaintance.

I’ve never had an injury, so I was a little concerned about therapy. I shouldn’t have been. The therapists here are wonderful. I was kept informed of my routine, sent home with exercises, and got notices on my phone of my next appointment. The whole process was made so easy! They’re so professional, and friendly. I really appreciate what they did for me, I and I highly recommend Foundation Therapy for everyone!

Therapy at Foundation therapy was great . caring people all around from the front desk to the physical therapist. I would highly recommend this facility If you're needing Physical Therapy.

I can't thank everyone at Foundation Therapy enough for the rehab program they put me through after total knee replacement. Kelli, Steve, Chris and Kaetlyn, and the ladies at the front desk, created a very family-like atmosphere that definitely helped in my successful completion of the program they put me through. Good folks and I look forward to working with them again after getting the other knee replaced in November.

When I began PT, they identified the source and quickly set up appropriate exercises to improve my mobility. I could not climb stairs following a knee procedure. I successfully climbed 32 stairs this week and my mobility improves every day.

Every representative of Foundation Therapy are professional, personable, and pleasant. You are pushed to get maximum benefit during each session. However, you are never pushed beyond your ability level. Exercises are focused to meet you recovery needs.

I’ve gone to Foundation Therapy for several injuries I’ve sustained from the military and continued through retirement. I have to say that Chris the owner and all of his staff have worked and helped me recover from surgeries on my back and shoulder. The professionalism of the staff is a 10+ and they make you feel comfortable and like a family member. They genuinely care about their patients and and work hard to help you achieve a pain free life. I can’t say enough about them.

I have scoliosis and I knew the first day. This was the place to be to help me manage my pain. Kelli’s evaluation interview was completely informative and professional . The staffs upbeat personalities and encouragement made my therapy easier I feel like I’ve come along way in managing my pain. Thankful for the caring staff!

I so enjoyed all my visits at Foundation Therapy. Each and everyone is friendly, caring and you just get a homey environment. They truly care about you and the rehab you are going through. THIS IS A 5 STAR REHAB !!

From day one, these folks were super friendly. They were extremely attentive in determining what needed to be done in order to restore my ability to have full mobility and use of my shoulder. I'd use them again, no questions asked.

Best place ever! My orthopedic doctor recommended Foundation Therapy after my shoulder injury. These therapists know their stuff. Plus, it's a very welcoming place with a real sense of community. Glad to be better, but sorry to miss my visits. Highly recommend.

The physical therapists at Foundation Therapy are absolutely the best at assisting you after surgery to get mobility back. My husband’s remarkable recovery is in a great part due to the work he did with the physical therapy staff there. I have also had therapy with them for both knees, and it is clear they know what they are doing. The front desk staff is also very helpful, professional and caring. Foundation Therapy was a huge blessing to me after my shoulder surgery! They are more than just family owned and operated, they make you feel part of their family and treat every patient as though they are one of their own family members. This is my second experience with Foundation Therapy! My first was knee recovery and they got me back to 100% of my usual activities back in 2017-2018! This time around, I needed scar mobilization from a hip to hip incision. She really helped bring some feeling back to the area and improve the look and feeling of the scar tissue In that area. I’m always so grateful for their personalized therapy and they truly care about their patients. I feel like family the moment I walk in to the moment I leave! Thank y’all and God Bless.

I've have been going to Foundation Therapy for 4 weeks. I've had issues with my lower back L4, L5, and have made unbelievable progress in mobility and pain relief with the help of Chris and his staff. This wasn't my first time with Foundation Therapy. After having surgery on my shoulders I went to Foundation Therapy for 6 months (3 per shoulder). They helped me to regain full mobility, and their knowledge of exercises/stretches were awesome. I would highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone that is having mobilty/pain issues.

My Foundation Therapy experience has greatly improved my flexibility and ease of movement. Seeing them before my hip surgery was equally important as my post surgery therapy. Each of the therapists was supportive and effective. The administrative staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

Foundation Therapy has been blessing after my knee replacement surgery. I had such a fear of the rehab process going in, they calmed those fears from the very first visit. My goal was to able to hike the mountains in Alaska, I feel like I can do that now and much more. The personal bond each one of the therapists build with the patient, makes you feel like you are part of the team and can accomplish any goal you set forth. I am forever grateful for this amazing group of people! I highly recommend them!

Foundation Therapy is the very best!!
I came to them recovering from a pretty serious spine surgery, along with some preexisting limitations. They got me out of my pain and even improved the limitations! They all are the nicest people you will ever meet and You will know that They all truly care about your well-being.
