They installed door panels and did it quickly and well.
They also replaced a sunroof on an Expedition two years ago for a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge.

It wasn't cheap but I believe they are the best!! Turned out fantastic! I'd highly recommend Grants!

I had my drivers seat reupholstered about 10 months ago and the technician ripped the cover off of the airbag. I was told at the time that "it was coming off" , that it wasn't their fault and I had to find a new airbag. Since that time Grant's has come under new ownership. Chuck, the new owner, was very sympathetic and more importantly, honest. They repaired the seat and it looks brand new. I am extremely satisfied with their work and very impressed with their honesty. Throughout the years I have always taken my vehicles to Grant's for upholstering and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend Grant's Auto Trim.

They were very honest in evaluating the problem with our car. It took us 2 months to find the needed part. Once we did, they were able to install it and program the module. The cars and rubs like a charm now. Very satisfied.

If you want your convertible roof, your headliner or your seat material fixed or replaced, then you've got to go to Grants. Brad is a great guy. Honest and I thought reasonably priced. I had 7 people recommend Grants to fix my sunroof headliner and get my sunroof operating again. They did it. The guys there are really nice and clearly explain what all needs to be done. I'm very pleased with the work and craftsmanship. Thanks Brad and crew for giving me my sunroof back.

They did a great job on my car!

The headliner on my Honda Civic was falling apart. I looked at YouTube to see how to fix it myself. The repair seemed not to challenging but I figured I would screw something up.

Instead I googled Chattanooga Headliner Repair and found Grants! I read some reviews and was a little scared at first based of a few bad reviews. I decided to give them a shot anyway.

My experience was pleasant the entire way thru! I spoke on the phone about the repair. They told me to come on down if I wanted to get in and out today.

I brought my car in at 11 am and picked it back up at 5:00 pm. New Headliner looks great and taking my car to grants was well worth it! Thank you for the great work and prompt service with good communication! Will use them again!

I dropped my wedding ring and it fell under my driver seat. I couldn't find it on my own. I was recommended to go to Grant's to see if they could take the seat out for me to find my ring. I stopped by and they were able to get under the seat and find it without removing the seat. They were kind and refused to charge me for their help. Thank you guys so much!

The group there is very helpful. They recovered the seats in my truck and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I have to say, this shop and there real customer service and care are the best! This shop is very professional and go out of there way for there customers! There quality and understanding are unsurpassed!. I have had a lot of work done by them and its top quality! There custom and design work is a art!

Honestly very surprised to see the other reviews, I thought the people were very nice and friendly and they did a great job (I had heated seats installed) it was very reasonably priced as well

I was directed by a car dealer to Grants Auto Trim to look replace my carpet David looked it over he suggested that you do not need to replace your carpet let it air out for a week he was correct he could of sold me carpet when I didn’t need it they care about doing the right thing.
