Food City

Very nice interior, clean. Delit actually makes decent food, not to mention an in store Starbucks. You pay a slight premium for this, but generally it's often worth it.

This Food City specifically is on the higher end of the spectrum, in comparison to other nearby food stores. Their bakery and other "in store" made products are just as nice as Publix or any other similar type of food stores, and that whole section of the store has the same tone and feel as those stores. They have a good variety of some very nice products that perfectly match the season right as soon as you enter the the store, and their alcohol selection is fairly extensive to be a food store.

Very clean store. I usually drop by the TVFCU to cash my check and often get a rotisserie chicken and some drinks. They're occasionally sold put of the chicken but their salad bar is absolutely awesome when that's the case.

This store is affordable and well stocked with a variety of things. There is a Starbucks inside too. I’ll go again when I come to Chattanooga to visit!

Awesome salad bar, smoked ribs, rotisserie chicken. Usually have good deals on soft drinks.

Large, beautiful, new build that is bright & airy within. Walking inside is a treat for the senses as toward your right is a large & well stocked Bakery followed by in store Starbucks, Deli with hot food "Grab-n-Go" offerings, wide variery of meats, cheeses, cook at home pizzas & a small fresh sushi selection. The Sushi offerings on a Thursday at 4 pm consisted of only 4 or 5 types of hand rolls & some shrimp nigiri. The prices ranged from $6.99 to $12.99. Each included go packets of soy sauce, wasabi & sliced ginger, only 1 each. They have extra available but you have to ask for them.
The produce section looked wonderful, everything was fresh & there was a nice selection. It's one of the largest ones you'll find in any of the surrounding grocery stores.
All of the other food depts were equally as nice.
At checkout you have a choice of with cashier or self-checkout. I used Self & it was easy & quick. The store inside & out is very clean & tidy. Each associate I encountered was friendly & even if we didn't speak, I was acknowledged, which takes so little effort & make one feel welcome.

This is a huge improvement over the store & building Food City & it's predecessors inhabited for decades just down the street.

Just started eating lunch there at the food bar,very good...fair price for the amount of food....

Love the staff in this store! They are friendly and apparently hilarious too! They are promoting funding for the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation by giving away free two liters of Food City brand cola if your cashier forgets to ask you to donate! Priceless! Gotta love the irony. How about a little diabetes soda to help you with your diabetes, kiddos!? 😂

Friendly staff, and the store has GREAT prices, plus even more excellent sales weekly.

The cashier that helped me at the self checkout was really nice and sweet.. I was unable to get her name unfortunately but she was really nice

Food City is my go to, when I don't feel like making potato salad,or baked beans. It's the best I've had outside of Mom's lol.They always are pretty much stocked throughout the store. So it can literally be a one stop shop. Nice atmosphere while shopping. And yes,they have Starbucks inside😋

Large, clean, and we'll stocked. We were using another Food City because it was closer to our downtown home, but we'd rather drive the extra five minutes to this location. No funky smells, no strange people wandering around the parking lot. Much better experience.

Love this new Food City. It's never super packed, the workers are friendly, the layout is nice and the Starbucks is just an added bonus. This is my favorite grocery store in town now!

Always, always number one with their pharmacy and quality of food products. Best thing since sliced bread. Oh, you can get quality sliced bread there also.

staff is very helpful store clean they have a new parking lot and to store is nice a small so you can find everything you need.

Great grocery store that has everything I need while my family and I are vacationing nearby! Also - the on-site Starbucks and the cheapest gasoline I’ve found in the area!
