My husband and I have been in this store twice in last two weeks to buy a phone then add a line we had two different male employees help us and they were both absolutely amazing they made everything so easy they were so friendly great customer service it felt like we had known each other forever great conversation laughed the whole time. If I ever need anything I will definitely be visiting this store

I was traveling through the southwest and found my phone was not getting a signal (or so it said), even in major cities like Las Vegas.
I went into this store the evening of 09/13/23 and the gentleman who helped me was stellar. My phone & carrier are not remotely related to the company located here, but he was able to reset my phone and get it working again.

Wish I could give a better than five star review. Had the hardest time transferring my number to this carrier and they work with me all the way through even ensuring that customer service outside of their store was doing their job properly. Thank you for your help

My wife needed to replace her phone so we went it. Super service...nice people. They transfered her phone/service very quickly. No "up sells", no pressure...just good, old fashioned, personal service. We'll be back.

The Boost Mobile on Lake side is the Best!! Marvin is the best!! He's knowledgeable & has lots of patience. Never going to any other Boost Mobile Store again. This 1 is the BEST! No discrimination here👍

About a year and a half ago, I dropped my phone latterly 12 inches from the ground. luckily I had the insurance. with no questions about the actions regarding in the shattered screen, my new phone was delivered within 24 hours I had my new phone.

They answered my questions perfectly when I came in recently think about upgrading my cell phone. I left twenty minutes later with the exact phone I wanted and was very satisfied with the service.

I have had Boost for 10+ years, there service is great and so affordable.

Went there and gave me the option of the best service for a low price I'm paying $50 for everything unlimited and hot spot
