ReConnected Device Repair - Bullhead City

Excellent experience. I had been told by other local cell phone repair shops that my screen was so badly damaged that the phone probably had internal problems and should be replaced. I brought my phone into this location and Shawn assured me it could be fixed, and it is. His honesty and due diligence were greatly appreciated. In one hour, my phone was fixed and is like new again. I highly recommend this business, make sure you ask for Shawn!!

I had my husband call about 3 tablets that needed to be repaired, we got two of them fixed and restored. The other one was non restorable, but thats okay! Shaun has provided the best costumer service, he was relatively quick about ordering parts and giving us an estimate time of pick up. They did a great job. 20/10, and the prices are not bad at all especially for the type of service you receive. He is extremely nice person

Gary was amazing. I had a part for transferring data from one phone to another that was needed. I went to 3 stores with no luck. He had one. Price was great, service was awesome. Will definitely use him for any future repairs or issues. Especially since he would be less on cost than what I have previously paid. I highly recommend his store.

I took my Xbox Series in and talked to Gary. He was very informative in what could be wrong with it and got it fixed and back to me within less then a business day. They have an excellent crew and strongly recommend everyone to go with them.

Just recently took my IPad in for a screen repair and it was another excellent service done! Shaun did my repair this time and I couldn't ask for better!

Got my computer fixed during finals weeks! My daughter spilled liquid all over it and Shawn was so quick to get it taken apart and cleaned before the damage got worse! and returned as soon as he could. He was sure to make sure everything was working and it hold a charge so I was good to go! Not every situation is the same with computer repairs but as far as customer service, he took my needs for urgency seriously and did his best work! So appreciative! Their prices are also fantastic!

Gary was of phenomenal help and assistance! My phone wasn't holding a charge, and the charge port had become damaged. Gave ReConnnected a call connected with Gary, then within an hour of bringing my phone in, he had it fixed and fully charged! The service is outstanding and swift!

I went in to get the battery replaced on my husbands phone and Gary helped us out he was super nice and helpful and he got the battery changed really fast in less then an hour. We were very pleased with the service we got.

Went here to get an Axiom screen protector for my Google pixel. Shaun was the one who helped me. Explained everything so clearly! He explained how the screen protector would really protect my screen from scratches and cracks, reducing glare. All things I really need lol. $40 to start and $10 after, absolutely gonna recommend to everyone!!! Such great customer service, such a great place, I'll definitely come here again.

Gary did an amazing job of replacing my old battery in a Moto g Stylus...he communicated with me on how long it would take. He under promised and over delivered. Highly recommend you using them for phone repair.
