Felipe was the consultant that helped me lastnight and I must say he was amazing! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered me the best deal for what I needed. I got there a little bit before closing and we ended up staying an hour after closing time because my transfer was taking a bit longer. He was very patient with my situation and so kind the whole time! He definitely deserves a bonus!

I have had the best customer service from this Bullhead City location. Recently I had an issue with my phone and thought I had lost some very beautiful photos from a recent trip. After getting my new phone and some experimenting conducted by Randy Morales he was able to locate them as I had not backed them up. I was so happy. The level of customer service is exceptional. Trevor, has helped me too in several occasions. Verizon hires people who care and I enjoy visiting my local store. Thank you Randy for going the extra mile and making my day

This is the little stand at Petro stoping center. Getting a device there is easy, fast, friendly and your questions are answered thoroughly. It is located at the truckers entrance just past the bathrooms if you enter from the doors facing the 40. Or just inside the truckers entrance entering those doors.

Jayson helped us out he was great. He can answer any questions or concern you might have, he is very knowledge. He also can totally set up your new service and device. It is ready to use when you leave. He even helped transfer the stuff from our old device to our new ones so everything was there on the new phone when we left.

This is a very busy spot. The truckers enter and exit close to here. People will interrupt his sales and ask him lots of questions as they are trying to find their way around to truck stop. They can be very rude as they ask things like were are the bathrooms they just walked past and if the store has things no matter how rude they were he was kind and respectful. He never stoped helping us and apologized for their behavior. We still felt like we were his number one priority. His area is neat and organized has everything you need for your new device including, chargers, cases, etc.

Felipe was an astounding consultant. He answered all my questions making it a very nice experience with the knowledge he had. I learned something new. Thank you for everything you've done brother. I wish you the absolute best in life. God bless!

My phone fell in the river. Drove to the closest store to my river house. The manager was able to set up my new phone and give me great deals on a couple accessories. So knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience ever buying a phone!!

This place was great. After numerous calls to Verizon "Customer Care" which were fruitless, they sent me to Go Wireless even though they are not a "corporate store". Ashley T was able to solve my issue in just a few minutes and spent a good bit more time helping me with my account even though I only spent $10. She provided fantastic service in a world where that is becoming a rarity. This is definitely the place to go for your wireless needs.

We just switched from AT&T, I walked in and Dustin answered every single one of my mundane questions. He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely patient. We ended up staying after closing time to get all of our new phones set up. Dustin was AMAZING!! I can't say enough good things about him. I have been an AT&T user for 10+ years, and as of now, I am a very happy Verizon customer.

I was with AT&T for twenty years. I was a little nervous about switching over to Verizon but the wireless consultant Ryan made it a breeze. He assured me that it would be the best decision for the price. Was even able to get me a lower monthly bill. I'm very grateful for the Ryan and the staff there. Will definitely be going back.
