BIGGBY COFFEE

Went to Biggby Coffee drive-thru today on Friday, February 9 at about 4:10pm. Service was quick and friendly. I just got some Donut Holes and Iced Coffee with caramel only. There was only one car ahead of me and I was able to get what I ordered right away.

I didn’t get the young lady’s name that helped at the drive-thru today, but she was really friendly and kind. I asked her to make sure that my iced coffee was actually iced coffee. I ordered the same thing about two weeks ago, but someone gave me Iced Tea instead. It tasted okay, but I was a little disappointed. She asked me if I got a refund, but told her it was not necessary. I didn’t want to make a big fuss and didn’t want to hold up the drive-thru lane. She proceeded to help me and wanted to make sure the issue was resolved; she gave me a free beverage for my next visit. Whoever you are, thank you! It was not necessary, but greatly appreciated!

I would recommend people going there and try their iced coffee with caramel only; it’s my favorite! I would definitely be back!

I recently went to Biggby Coffee for the first time, and I was so impressed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to explain the different coffee options to me. We like treating ourselves to a special coffee at Biggby. I had a frozen Mint Mocha and my husband tried the Avalanche hot. Both drinks were perfect.

We always love the delicious coffee and bagels, and we had such friendly service too. They do such a great job!

Carmel cold brew is my coffee of choice I get it with extra Carmel and extra sweet cream. The coffee is always good and the employees are always friendly. They added a red velvet cold brew which is alot my new favorite but I know it's a limited time so I need to enjoy it while it last

Best Biggby in Ottawa County. Love this place on most days when I get certain workers cause they make the experience amazing I even had foam art with happy weekend message done on one of my drinks by one of the girls and was floored cause it came out relatively quickly as well for such an awesome surprise. But overall I've never had a bad experience when I go through with my husband and our dogs (they have pup cups for your fur babies to enjoy).

Probably one of the nicest Biggby locations I have given my business to. Building, inside and out, was super clean. The displays were well stocked and really well organized and inviting. Drinks have been consistently of great quality. Friendly and fast service. Hope to see this branch continue to do well!

I was always a Starbucks fan prior to the Covid crisis making me think closer to home. Not only has this location totally turned my mind around regarding Biggby. They always have a great attitude and stellar service, and today they cute messages written in the foam of our drinks was the last straw. They throughout a tough time it just takes a little thing to make you smile, and they did it.

A+ service. Everyone working at around 1:30pm on Friday, Aug 28th deserves a shout out from the guys in the blue Jeep.

Mmmm coffee . Who doesn't love a good cup of iced coffee. Or hot coffee. Or if you prefer there creme freezes. Just if you ask for a black coffee. Make sure to make it clear. They tend to always put cream in my husband's black coffee that he likes.

Great environment, great drinks. My favorite drink is the frozen Cotton Candy Latte. Their frozen and iced coffee are amazing. I'm not much of a hot drink person but their tea lattes are great as well!

I went here for my lunch break today and grabbed an iced coffee and a bragel. I pulled up to the window after ordering and the girl at the window, wish I had gotten her name (she had short pink/purple hair with awesome eye makeup) she complimented my shirt when taking my cards, came back and said she only charged me for the coffee. I was so surprised by her niceness it took me back. I asked why and she said just cause I was nice and patient. I'm on my first week at a new job so this little act of kindness was such a huge highlight of my week! I think I found my new favorite biggby! :)

Of ALL the locations this one is by far the most superior !! Every single time the coffee is PERFECT !! I’ve never had a bad cup ! All other locations take note this is how it’s done !!

From out of town stopped in on a recommendation from family in the area. Made a trip back every day we were in town. Amazing coffee and service.

After adventuring the construction we walked into a wonderful aroma that hit our nostrils with the beautiful fragrance of COFFEE! The baristas that presented our wonderful beverages had a pleasant attitude.
I must advise you start every journey with a beverage from Biggby.

This is the new biggby coffee in Zeeland right before you enter Zeeland on the west side. It's in a renovated Bank building. The renovations are excellent. The design features are wonderful. There is a separate kind of private walled-off area for more quiet space. And then there's a larger space that open. The coffee of course is always good as well as the sandwiches.

Biggby is my bad habit. Strawberry Punch Mocktail in the summer, Cinnamon Spice Tea Latte in the winter. I'm there every week!
