Got a new rod, reel, line, leaders, and flies, and they got everything set up for me. Great experience and they had a good selection in my opinion.

Needs more stock. If it's not there, then I have to order it. Then why should I visit the store

I own four Orvis rods and three Orvis reels. I have purchased about $ 700 worth of clothing and tackle since the Huntersville store opened. A helpful sales guy helped me order a shirt online from the store. I have the receipt. The shirt never made it to my house, even though the Orvis company sent me an e-mail saying they had delivered it to my house. I phoned the store, and a sales guy basically was not helpful, talked to the manager or someone else, and then told me to contact Orvis or UPS about it- basically telling me I'm on my own for the cost of the shirt and tracking it down. Last time for me in that store or with Orvis products.
