Stopped in while visiting Phoenix for a few days bc it was only a few blocks from where we were staying. Absolutely wonderful experience! Greeted with such lovely service and a tasty selection of fresh flaky pastries coming fresh from the oven! We started with coffee and a jalapeno scone, both were phenomenal! Before we leaving we grabbed a savoury egg muffin and chocolate croissant fro the road! It is on the higher price side but totally worth it for the work I know goes into pastries like that! So much goodness! Atmosphere, service, and treats were all fantastic.

Super cute. Espresso Olive Oil cake was TO DIE FOR. I almost made myself sick eating all of it 😂 (not the cakes fault, I hadn’t eaten that day). Wonderful vanilla capachino. Nice place to sit and work or visit with a friend. Limited parking… I waited for a spot. They have really cute mugs that say pretty delicious on them! Everyone has too many mugs but those were tempting… And good little treats they can wrap up. Good place to stop for a quick gift of flowers and treats. They didn’t have much for flowers when I was there but I understand they’re fresh and not always fully stocked. If you don’t like eating with a wooden fork bring your own 😂 I was fine with it but wooden utensils and straws are my husband’s biggest ick. He would rather eat with his hands. 🤷🏼‍♀

The staff were absolutely amazing and kind! The pastries were incredible and the atmosphere was classy and unique! I tried their Pistachio Rose Croissant and it was to do for! I just couldn’t leave without grabbing a to-go box of their 6 mini cupcakes!

I've been going to aFlourshop in downtown Phoenix pretty regularly now so it's time for a review! Let me tell you something, coming in here is like walking into a cozy corner of heaven right here on earth. As soon as you walk in, the scent of freshly baked goodies wraps you in a comforting hug, instantly making you feel at home.

The natural light streaming through the windows sets the stage for a perfect morning or afternoon hangout. It's the kind of place where you just want to linger, soaking in the warmth and charm all around you. Not to mention, the music is always on point!

Now, let's talk about the coffee! I ordered a cappuccino and it was love at first sip! Perfectly balanced foam atop a rich, flavorful espresso - it brought back memories of lazy mornings in Italy because you don't find many places in Phoenix that serve a good cappuccino with foam that you can dip a croissant into like you would at a café in Europe, so I always savor every moment.

Whether you're catching up with friends or getting some work done, aFlourshop is the spot to be. The vibe is just right for whatever you're in the mood for, whether it's a lively chat or a quiet moment of productivity. Oh and don't let me forget to mention the pastries. Each one is a work of art, bursting with flavor and made with love. They've got something for every palate, even a few gluten-free pastries.

All in all, aFlourshop is a "not-so" hidden gem that you absolutely have to check out. With its inviting atmosphere, superb customer service, irresistible treats, and that perfect, foamy cappuccino, it's a little slice of paradise right in the heart of the city. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Such a lovely atmosphere. While here, had some early 2000s R&B playing, it really set the vibe. It's seriously beautiful and relaxing. All the food and drinks were good and the servers were so nice and let us customize our drinks.

Amazing pastries 🤩. Iced coffee was good. A bit higher priced, but excellent quality products. Really nice atmosphere.

We are regulars at A Flour Shop and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire team. My favorite barista, Julia is an absolute sweetheart and she makes the most amazing coffee. My boyfriend’s favorite pastry is the monkey bread! They usually put out at least 6 a day so it’s worth it to come back again and try something new even if it’s out. I bring everyone from out of town here. My only wish is that they were open all the time! Love love love.

Super welcoming and friendly staff :) Lots of sweet options with some savory ones too. We tried a tomato and feta pastry and a pop tart. Both were fantastic - flakey crust and flavorful without being overwhelming. Great vibe and interior decor. Can hang out and get work done like a true coffee shop or stop in on a dog walk for a sweet treat. We just became regulars.

loved the aesthetic and the atmosphere of this place!! enjoyed my matcha and i got cupcakes that were so delicious! will be coming back :)

i got:
- an iced matcha with brown sugar cinnamon syrup and it was so good! it was on the sweeter side
- 4 mini cupcakes & all were good, again the icing was on the sweeter side but nonetheless it was yummy!

Love love love this place! I don’t normally like cake, but I ordered from here multiple times because their cake is exactly what I want cake to be. Not dry, delicious flavorful frosting and fillings, rich. I have been so pleased. I also love coming here to work and have a pastry for myself.

Very cute bakery cafe! First time coming here was a nice experience. The carmel cupcake was good, the coffee cake was mildly sweet and had good cinnamon flavor. Quiche was amazing. Lemon poppy seed scone was really good. It's not on the menu, but they made me a hot chocolate which was ok, it was on the less sweet side but I'd have to say it was better than starbucks's hot chocolate. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Prices were on the more expensive side for some items, resonable prices for others. Decor inside was beautiful and modern.

During our visit to AZ, we stumbled upon a charming café near our stay. The ambiance was incredibly warm and inviting, and the staff exuded friendliness. My partner and I indulged in some croissants and coffee, and let me tell you, the pastries were absolutely delicious—best I've ever tasted! It was cool to discover that they also offer a variety of other baked treats like cakes and cupcakes. We even noticed they provide wedding cake tasting services, which we found to be quite intriguing.

Fresh, delicious pastries and quality lattes. Had the almond biscotti latte and a peanut butter sandwich cookie- soft and delicious. Staff were outstanding- friendly and gave great recommendations. There are a lot of coffee shops and bakeries around…this is one of the best. Top notch all the way around.

We ordered coffee and asked them to make it extra hot but, it was very colder than other coffee shops.
Edit: Glad to hear from the owner and thus increased a star. The coffee did taste good, would have been a lot better if it was hot and not warm. I know, telling them, they would have remade our drink but, we drank our drink in one sip (being colder) and didn't want more.

Amazing chocolate cupcake with cookie dough, good latte $7.50 iced almond biscotti Id get again but dont love their crushed ice

I happened upon this little spot a few weeks ago for the first time and was delighted to find them. The aesthetic is clean and modern. Cute packaging and friendly service. They carry a wide range of bakery items. We have been twice now and tried mini cupcakes and macarons and enjoyed them both. I don’t usually order my iced americano from bakeries unless I know the roaster. I decided to try theirs and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect accompaniment to our baked goods. Highly recommend this little spot.

What a GEM! Such a clever name and cute concept! All house made syrups and delicious pastries! Also this space is beyond aesthetically pleasing! Right when you enter you’ll see the window for the bakery but just walk a few stops and you’ll be able to order your coffee!

Love the goodies … the vibe and the people!!!! Treats are top notch and affordable. Love supporting local business. I acknowledge the effort they put into the flowers, seasonal menus and artistry into each item.

Love love love! I had such a great experience with my friend (it was both of our first times visiting). Jules and Ivonne greeted us and served us our coffee and pastries. Jules was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended me the chai and the pumpkin bread which were both delicious! Her and Ivonne were so gentle and kind and made our experience coming on a rainy morning that much better. I’m definitely a fan and will be coming back for more chai and gluten free pumpkin bread!
