La Chingona Tacos

First time here and definitely not the last! Food was quick and on point!

High quality, healthy, and delicious! Handmade corn tortillas, perfected plantains (the vegan crème is insane and I’m not vegan), hibiscus stew, mmmm yucca, meats, chicken, fish…as tacos, bowls, or nachos! Aguas frescos, hot coco… My kids love the beans and rice, too. All the fixings are highest quality—try the habanero sauce if you’re a true chingona. You can tell all is done in a healthy and high quality way because of how you feel after you enjoy a meal—satisfied and recharged.

A local pop up taco stand which everyone in the area knows about. And that is for a very good reason. Great people deliver very good tacos. Especially for us vegans.

This is an excellent outdoor taco stall that opens 3 times a week. They have plenty of options for tacos, including vegan and vegetarian options. You can also customize your toppings. I tried the hibiscus tacos which were excellent. The tortillas are hand made and we're the highlight with just the perfect texture and corn flavor. I did get a side of chips but did not like them as much because they seemed a bit thick and a little too tough to chew. I also was a bit underwhelmed by the salsa as it was really watery and lacked flavor. I would love to come back and see how different the menu is each time!
