New Leaf Tea House

Wow, New Leaf Tea House is awesome! I can’t believe we didn’t know about this place sooner…it’s safe to say we will be coming here a lot more in the future. If you are looking for a top-quality boba tea/milk tea house that also has excellent coffee, specialty lemonades, and so much more, this is the place to be! They hand-make their own boba, which is different from most places that just buy the boba in bulk from China or Taiwan, and they have really great drinks overall! We got a Thai tea with cheese foam, and an iced Dalgona latte with crème brûlée foam - the latte was excellent, but the Thai tea was easily one of the best we’ve ever had…and we’ve been to Thailand twice already. This tea house has a great atmosphere, prices are REALLY good compared to other tea shops, and it’s just a really great addition to the Casselberry area. Check this place out!

The drinks and taiyaki are AMAZING!! We got very authentic Vietnamese coffee with HOMEMADE boba, super fruit tea with aloe, and jasmine milk tea. What I look for in a boba place is a strong tea flavor and this checks that box. Real fruit and the perfect sweetness to all the drinks. The owners were so nice and throughly explained each item and gave us the best recommendations on what to get. 10/10 will be back 🙌🏼

We stopped by for a quick snack this weekend with my family. I've never had boba tea before, but New Leaf has sold me on it.

The locale was very clean and had a relaxing ambiance. There are plenty of great choices on the menu, we ordered two fruit teas and one of their unique lemonade drinks. Also, some taiyaki snacks. Everything was fantastic and really satisfied everybody.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful in explaining the menu. We enjoyed our drinks and snacks while playing some board games they have available.

Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for some tasty drinks, love boba in general, or just want somewhere chill to go.

Frequent many boba tea shops around Florida due to work travels. Hands down best quality of tea, ingredients and staff keep bringing back here! I highly suggest this shop to many friends, family and those asking about a good boba tea shop. The owners are the nicest, care about their shop and craft of drinks. Give it a try you will not be disappointed!

Very cute atmosphere, decor was all Studio Ghibli themed, delicious tea and viet coffee (although the coffee was not as strong as a normal ca phe sua da), and delicious taiyaki! Very peaceful place playing lo-fi on the speaker and nice seating available that is nice for people eating in with a friend or just staying in to study or work on the laptop. I could read here all day. 🩷

My wife and I are from New Jersey, so when we saw that there was a bubble tea spot 3 minutes away from us we were super excited. We both got the basic brown sugar tea which comes with vanilla foam and a decent amount of boba. My wife substituted the vanilla foam for the crème brûlée foam and she really enjoyed it. We do recommend asking for extra boba because they are really delicious and chewy and you'll be sad if you run out. The only draw back is that they do take a while to make the drinks. I waited almost 20 minutes for two boba teas and I was the only customer. But it's a super nice, mom and pop kind of bubble tea shop that we will be frequenting. P.S. if you don't know much about bubble tea, the owners are super sweet and very informative. They will definitely help you out with recommendations and such!

Love this new little cozy tea house! The taro is my current favorite, but the brown sugar latte is delicious as well. All the boba is made in house and their Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee is made to order. Absolutely delicious! 10/10 will recommend! Don’t walk, RUN♥

We got a Thai tea and a brown sugar black tea both with boba. We also got a Nutella taiyaki. The boba is homemade and a little smaller than other bobas. The flavor is not too chewy, not too hard, and not too sweet - all good for boba. The taiyaki was hot and delicious.

The best brown sugar milk tea I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend checking it out. I loved their subtle Studio Ghibli decor!

Simply put this place is a vibe. Love the Boba, love the aesthetic and great service at a decent price - can't ask for much more. If you're nearby give this place a try.

So happy a new tea house has just opened in Casselberry!

They are in their soft opening and I was greeted by Preston who gave some recommendations and also let me know they actually make their boba fresh. They make it in the store and don't ship it in and just stick it in water! You can taste the difference! I chose the Jasmine milk tea and it was delicious! They also have coffee and fruit tea and guess what else? Taiyaki! I I chose red bean, so it was a combination of sweet with a bit of savory.

The music was awesome and it was a very modern, clean store. Some cool anime on the walls, too

We had such a wonderful time here. We tried the Brown Sugar Black Milk Tea and Strawberry Milk Tea. They were both delicious. I had an Oreo Taiyaki as well and it was fresh, flavorful and aesthetic. I'd highly recommend it!

The ambiance was very nice as well with relaxing music which inspired us to play some games while we enjoyed our tea. We'll definitely be coming back!

We ordered the Passion Fruit Tea with popping boba and the Brown Sugar Black Tea with boba. The drinks were delicious. We also got the strawberry and Oreo Taiyaki. The Oreo filled one was our favorite!

Stopped in this afternoon and we had the strawberry milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. Both were absolutely delicious! The service was perfect, and I loved the calm vibe of the shop. We’re excited to have a new go to spot for boba tea!

I had the passion fruit tea with homemade boba and it was excellent -the best passion fruit I’ve had in Orlando for sure. My mom had the brown sugar coffee and said it’s way better than Starbucks. I also had the fresh lemonade and it was tasty. They have a great selection of coffee, tea & juices which you can customize. They even have dairy free options!!! The place was clean and calm atmosphere. I was so impressed I got all my friends gift cards for Christmas! Definitely a must try in Orlando but I’ll be a regular from now on.

I visited New Leaf Tea House today for the first time. The tea house has a cozy, modern vibe and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff is friendly and helpful with the menu. I had the honeydew refresher with their homemade boba. The tea was sweet, cold, and yes it was refreshing. ☺ The boba was delicious; perfectly sweet and chewy. I also tried taiyaki for the first time, it was amazing! The red bean filling was great, but the Nutella was my favorite. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow wow wow, this is probably the best milk tea I’ve ever had! The honeydew flavor was incredible, tasted exactly like ripe melon! The in-house made boba were chewy and delicious and the cream cheese foam was perfect, nice and thicc and had a slightly tangy cheese flavor. The dining room was spotless, the seats were comfortable, and there were cute lil figurines on every table. Staff was friendly too!

Visited after work today during soft opening. Such an awesome vibe with cute Studio Ghibli decor. Ordered a lychee rose lemonade and taiyaki. So delicious! Also a great place to study or chill with friends. Highly recommend visiting and trying!
