My power chair was delivered by Chris I. What I thought would be a rushed delivery of "Here's your chair... goodbye" turned out to be a very pleasant experience! Chris was friendly and very knowledgable. He assembled my chair, explained everything thoroughly and took extra care to be sure I was comfortable with everything. What a lovely difference from most companies! Chris is exactly the type of employee that makes people immediately love the Company and their service. Service call today . The young man from Tennessee was on time and after examination of my wheelchair decided that a new wheelchair was required . luckily he had a new one on hand . I hope to continue getting other products from them in the future.

As a new user of a CPAP machine I was dealing with Lisa for the initial set up. Super, super nice! Excellent at explaining everything! She assured me that she was there for me at any time. After using it a few weeks I went back in for an adjustment. Once again, super nice and just set me up with the doctor assigned pressure. I am happy to say I have slept through 4 nights now. THANK YOU SEGOS!!!!

Chris was amazing he knew exactly what was wrong with my chair 4 other people came out before said chair was fixed and still didn't work he knew exactly what my problem was and he listened to me chris thank you for giving me my freedom back.

I was in need of expedited help at the end of the year to get some medical equipment. There was excellent support from the staff, Evelyn and Elizabeth. They went over and above to make sure all my Insurance and Physician documentation was uploaded and ready to go. They also facilitated getting other departments involved and up to speed. Thank you very much and I will be back at this Casselberry Sego's again!!! Happy New Year!

Talk about customer service!! Evelyn the manager at the Casselberry store goes over and above to make sure all of your needs are met, and questions answered in person, phone, or by email! Rest assured she and her staff will come up with a solution. Highly recommend you choose Segos in Casselberry!

If I had spoken to Sandy first I would have given all 5’s. But I spoke to the Casselberry location and my dr’s office gave me all the paperwork to fax ( which they could have sent) the file was too large so I broke it into 2 emails and had to keep calling back to see if they had received. Then again I called they said they they had received everything but insurance card so I resent. She said they received when I sent again. Then Titusville called and said they hadn't received anything but my notes, no insurance, no orders, no rx. So starting all over again. Everything sent again. Sandy answered when I called back a third time and followed up with me 3 times that day. And said Amanda would be calling me. Amanda did call me to say a rep was going to be going by dr’s office to pick up since they were not responding either. So Amanda is also working diligently to get this ordered since it's been 6 weeks due to my dr’s office (5 weeks, theirs) and this next week we will be working on week 2 if this does not get ordered. Hopefully Amanda received everything that was resent yesterday. Waiting to hear back. So first and foremost thank you Sandy and also thank you Amanda.

Driving all over just to find a replacement piece for my son's nebulizer machine. They have the kit. They refuse to sell it without an prescription. Hospital asked for them to please call and speak with the Dr directly to make sure a full machine isn't given. They refused saying they're not calling anyone. I literally just need the part liquid is put in as my son was in the ER and needs to have breathing treatments at home. This should NOT be an RX need or this difficult

Impossible to get in touch with someone. Website absolutely sucks, glorified ad that you can't even use to search their products. Owner Mr. Segos is prejudiced against the disabled.
