THIS IS NOT A POST OFFICE... Ok let's break this down for everyone. This is not a post office. DID YOU HEAR ME NOW? It is a carrier annex/processing center NOT the type of office you have in mind. Do not expect things from it that it cannot deliver. Please give your postal workers the credit they deserve. Working in weather you avoid, under conditions you would never agree to in and out of the workplace. Appreciate them because you have no idea what they endure day in and day out not just out on the route but in office between management and the union as well. It's a war zone folks!

Huge thanks to the folks at the Andover, MN USPS Post Office! I was having trouble with an important package, thought it had gotten lost in the mail, and they took time out of their day to help me locate it and get it back on track. Just arrived today. Thanks for being awesome, I appreciate you!

Here in Ham Lake my letter carrier, Joel, is the absolute best. He goes out of his way to help me by picking up all of my out going packages (I sell online and recently broke my leg) and making sure everything is top notch, he is always smiling, helpful and in a good mood, thank you for being great Joel, you're the best.....!

The only place you can send a letter across the country for less then a dollar.

Amazing service! I called them them a couple weeks before Christmas (a busy time), and they helped me track down a package I was hoping to pick up early. It was multiple people that helped and had great attitudes too!

I personally have a great experience everytime I go here. They're always helpful and friendly. I get stamps from the Anoka post office. 24/7 lobby for stamps, printing labels etc.

I'm giving 5 stars to (our current) mail lady, she is the best!!! And the people at the window when you go in. Super nice and helpful. I appreciate all these people!

Lady named Megan was super helpful and resolved my problem within 15 minutes when other post offices who tried to help in the past were terrible. Very happy

The delivery driver's are awesome and if you need to call they they always have great customer service.

attempted delivery when business was closed, called and they said it was available to pick up. asked for redelivery, said no problem. great service.

Maybe a reading test should be issued before they hire the postal workers. Never had so many off the wall wrong addresses and no pick ups in my life... Get it together already.

Paid 50 dollars to have a package overnighted. Extremely important. Mail man walked up to door and put we missed you sticker without ringing or knocking. I called and asked if I could come get my package that night when he got in from his route. Man on the phone told me I was a liar and that I'm sure he knocked and made some other unprofessional comments. I have ring doorbell.... there was no attempt to knock or ring. How absolutely rude and unprofessional. So never got the package I paid 50 dollars to have shipped over night. Had to wait til morning when the item was no longer needed. 0 stars!

Whoever the the tall boy with blonde hair is who works in the back.. wow, talk about extremely rude and incompetent at basic respect and how to talk to people. I came in to ask a question and rang the bell, and he was clearly very annoyed that he had to come to the front desk to answer my question with his tone, body language, etc. Not that this place has any purpose to the general public anyway, but beware of horrendously rude workers here if you feel like you need to ask questions or be provided with any sort of basic, yes basic, customer service. You won’t receive it.
