Good place to get breakfast, lunch or dinner for a quick bite to eat or to lazy to cook anything. But before you drive off always check to see if all you order was right. Had one time i forgot to check left without my hash brown that came with my number 2 sausage egg cheese biscuit.

This McDonald's in Andover is like a hidden haven. Alot of people dont know it's there. Food is delicious & staff is friendly.

Very clean and friendly staff! Always kind and when they mess up they always sincerely apologize! If I didn’t live far away, I would come here every day I could!

Kind people working, nice atmosphere. Great cheap low carb options too, if you're looking for them ❤👌

On this day, August 15th 2022, I (21) was served the best McDonald's burger of my life. It was fresh. It was seasoned. The quarter pounder patty was so flavorful I was in genuine shock. The experience made sitting through the entirety of Dance Monkey as I waited for my food worth it.

Staff are fantastic always doing their best to help customers get what they need to have a great day. The crew always wishes me a great day and they are always smiling. I'm so grateful to have them in my life.

Thank you to the manager (sorry I didn’t get your name) for setting a side the last Mario Toad toy on Saturday April 2nd. I appreciate you taking the time to look for me and holding it for me as I had called around to several McDonalds looking for it with no luck. You made my 3 year old nephew in NYC very happy to complete his entire collection.

This is one of the better McDonald's extremely clean friendly servers fast with a drive-thru.

Very nice employees at this one there is a guy that usually makes your mornings because he is always cheerful and happy. Great customer service and unlike most McDonald's they have maybe once screwed up my order highly recommend this one compared to others close to it. Happy eating!!!!

This McDonalds is vastly better then the other one in town. The service is friendly, fast, and the food is usually consistent. The person (DAR?)in drive thru is always friendly, fast, no hassle/mistakes. I frequent McDonalds more then I should, and this one seems pretty good.

Staff is always friendly and food is always delicious!

My morning is always brightened going through the drive-thru on Saturday mornings and finding Myka (sp?) to take my order and process my payment. She always seems to have a few moments to share her news of the week with me and to listen to me if there's time, and she is just a joy. I've also enjoyed the rest of the staff which does a great job getting the breakfast out to me on time. Good Going, Crew!

The woman who took my order was very pleasant and asked me questions to personalize my coffee order and was very nice when I changed my food order. She was training someone in as well and just had a great attitude overall!

Service was lightning fast, the food was delicious and the employees were very friendly. The general manager at this location is very friendly as well.

It's a McDonald's so everything is the same everywhere. But there is one lady always in the back booth and she's so nice!!

I frequent this McDonalds enough that they recognize the sound of my hybrid pulling up to,the outdoor menu.

“Good morning Mr. Furst. The usual?”

‘Howdjano it was me?”

“Oh, sir, we keep a file on everyone who uses our drive thru.”

“You do?!”

“Yes, sir. It helps us when we order supplies. We know exactly how many cases of USDA all meat sausage patties, cartons of farm fresh eggs, boxes of the finest quality biscuit mix, slices of R.E.A.L. American cheese, and pounds of freshly ground coffee to order.”

‘I had no idea your coffee was freshly ground!”

‘Many people comment that our coffee tastes like fresh ground.”

‘Wait. What?”

“Will that be all this morning?”

“Um, I guess so.”

‘Please pull forward. We’ll repeat your order three more times before you drive away realizing we forgot your hash browns.”

No lie they have the friendliest fast food staff of all time. One of the managers is a younger guy (I think JT) who was wearing a bowtie. Nicest guy ever.

I love this MickeyDees. My favorite coffee is caramel mocha. It certainly is more affordable than "coffee Houses" and tastes just as
good. They have many specials on their app!
