Kool Breeze Solar Hats

Great customer service. I received an email the my hat was delivered, but the package didn´t arrive. I email them and I got an answer right away and they proceed to find out what was the problem. The were very informative and helpful. My package arrived 2 days after this email. The hat works great and it is beautiful. It is a present for my boyfriend, can´t wait to give it to him!

I love my solar hat! I bought the fedora. I've worn it in the hot Texas sun during little league baseball games. I use it gardening, at festivals, and flea markets. It's awesome in the Arizona summers. I would totally recommend this hat for the hot inclement weather.

My husband wears a medical device on his head that needs to stay cool so I bought him a Kool Breeze Solar Hat -- the cowboy model as they have an XL size -- and wonderfully this enables him to be out in the sun.

ordered two hats, really a cool idea and one works great the other has a hard time spinning and makes a lot of noise. contacted kool breeze and was told they do not have any warranty! obviously low quality when you cant warranty your product even for a matter of days.

I ordered a hat that was too large. Reached out to ask about exchange policy. Exchange was no problem but I had to pay for shipping (which is fine) Says shipping was nearly the cost of the hat I decided to order 1 size smaller.

Second hat arrived and was bigger than the first.

Since shipping is so expensive I guess I’m just stuck with two hats that don’t fit. Call product just make sure it’s the right size (even though they are posted size isn’t correct)

Moves some air, but you have to be straight under the sun. It is not one size fits all, I have a larger head and the fan digs into my head. Could possibly exchange but not gonna bother with the return shipping as it's more than the hat.

Horrible customer service. I never received my hat and they are not willing to replace it. If you are interested in this product buy from Amazon at least the back it up if don’t receive it.

Bought a solar hard hat. Not used on a daily basis. Only lasted about 6 months. Just quit working or taking a charge. Wouldn’t recommend this hard hat
