Cupbop - Korean BBQ

Ordered online and picked it up 20 minutes later. Food was great. The menu has a good selection of vegetarian options. The sauce was perfect on my veggie bowl. Now, if only they had a drive-thru.

The staff here is super friendly they made my day! I love how they’re on top of their orders and how they continue to update you on how long you’ll be waiting. The facility is super clean even with people constantly filtering through and the food was fireeee. I hope the staff that was working tonight has the best year!! Literally so freaking kind:’)

First of all if you haven't been here yet you need to give it a try. Food is good(my favorite is the chicken at level 7), and the workers are really friendly. Joey helped us today and did a great job. Told us more about the food and how everything worked. Answered all the questions we had when ordering and even showed us what some of our food options looked like so we had a better idea of what we wanted. Joey showed a lot of patience with us as we were deciding. Keep up the good work on these young workers.

Thanks to Joey, I had a very good dining experience at Cupbop. He took my order and promptly delivered my order with accuracy. While I was devouring my meal, he straightened up the establishment and wiped down the counters/tables. He displayed a very high level of care towards me as a customer and the dining area. I will be back for sure.

I placed an online order and when I wanted in I was kindly greeted by the staff at the register. I picked up my food, then asked about their newest item. They then asked if I would like to sample it. Amazing service at this location!

Great new location! Classic deliciousness. Kids and I love the chicken and hubby loves the combo with pork and beef no cabbage.

Got to the store and within five minutes I got my food and was out and on my way. Staff is super, a wonderful boss and overall was highly satisfied. Can't wait to come back again!

Came in and Javier immediately greeted us and was very fun and happy the whole time. Super nice guy like best experience I’ve had at cup bop. He was just as fast by himself compared to a full crew. And then even apologized for being slow! Super great guy, made my me and my wife’s night!

Visiting my daughter in Alpine Utah. We saw this place and gave it a try. Loved it small place but we got a table . Most people did take out. Great Korean fast food.

I think Cupbop has solidified itself as one of the most nostalgic restaurants for me, definitely holding a special place in my heart and the people at this location in particular totally killed it, definitely deserves the rating they have.

We had a problem with our gift card. The customer service guy got his manager immediately. The manager took care of the problem with a smile. Tasty as always!
