I placed an order online, and wasn't able to go pick it up until like 2 hours later, and I had to go through the drive-thru on my scooter because I was so late and I didn't have a car. They still helped me out and my order was ready when I got there and fresh. I think I really like this set up they have with the mobile ordering. I worried I'd lost that money and caused them to waste food because I took too long, but everything was fresh and delicious. They always have the best fries.

Jeez laweez these underpaid teenagers and adults don't constantly clean up after every single grown woman and man and human being that comes into the lobby. I left my entire meal on my table and they didn't pick it up within 15MINS AND it was so busy. Also i screamed at this snot nosed pig piercing chubby kid in the back and he didn't respond happily 😡. You SEEIOUsLY need to teach your employs to be great full for my mere PRESENCE at this DUMP. MY FOOD was eaten and STALE ANd COLD completly UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY FORCeD ME TO WAIT 15 MINS IM FURIOUS AT THE STAFF.

I was having the roughest day I've had all year when I decided to go here.
So I pulled up to the drive thru and a silky smooth voice came over the radio to help me. He helped me in such a manner that made me feel welcomed.
Then after I payed I went to the next window and met the man Chuck Norris inspires to be. Isaiah. The type of man I'd trust to be godfather to my future children. The man that scares Andrew Tate. The man who is kinder than Bob Ross. He is the type of man I want to be when I grow up. He did a kind deed that made not just my day, but my whole year. Isaiah and the rest of the night crew are some of the most inspiring people I've ever encountered.

McDonald's goes crazy. Two medium fries was epic. Not sure what's up with the W instead of the M but like cool I guess🤷‍♂

They were very friendly and friendly prompt with service. They even brought the order to the table. I got what I ordered

We made a quick pit stop here to pick up lunch for the kids. We went in to order because the drive thru line was so long. They were quick to get us our order even though they were completely slammed. The food was typical McDs quality. No complaints.

This location has a kids play place. There was a sign that said it was closed from 3-4 everyday for sanitation.

I understand that it's "fast food" however, the staff can take a couple extra seconds to give basic customer service such as a hello or how are you doing? That little bit can go a mile. It's like this at almost every location I have ever been to. The food is great though, fast service most of the time.

Originally upon ordering for multiple employees I received one sandwich that was supposed to be a double and turned out to be a single, what was super cool about this experience? Was we knew we couldn't leave work cuz our lunch was over but we decided to call anyway and see how this location would be able to fix the issue, honestly I was very surprised and they were super cool at getting us another burger to correct the mistake. The general manager Sean personally delivered it to our office so we didn't have to leave and come get it. We really appreciate this location's attention to fixing issues with customers proving they are worth going to time and time again.

Food was hot upon arrival. Thank you so much for fixing this order, we will be ordering from this location again.

It’s McDonald’s! I will say that anytime an order has been wrong after getting home, this McDonald’s has been amazing at doing what they can to make it right, sending free entrees and meals to compensate

We drive through this McDonald’s on our way to my sister’s fancy rich house and the quality of the people working here is outstanding compared to our normal location. The employees are always friendly and humorous. Special shout-out to the employee tonight who described the nuggets as “glorious”. It was funny.

I'm giving 5 stars because I just called, spoke to Austin on the phone. He went above and beyond to answer my questions. I had called multiple other McDonald's in Utah Valley and no one was willing to go out of their way to answer my question.

Although there are two lanes to place an order. It gets busy very fast. They do not have a place to send people to park and wait for large orders and let other patrons to move forwad.

Working on house all day went there for late dinner with my son.

We have eaten here for years and never had a problem. Today we had my sons birthday party and the staff were awesome! They went above and beyond with their service.

This restaurant did a great job for us. We placed a large order of breakfast items in advance and they had them hot and ready at the exact time we requested. Our party was a hit thanks to the hard workers at this McDonald’s. Thank you so much!

The interior of this McDonald's is pleasantly surprising. It's clean and well decorated and somehow your can manage to feel private wherever you are sitting, which is a huge bonus. The employees are pleasant because this location is never too busy. All in all, I highly recommend this location.

Manager guy gives very good service. Ice cream delivered speedily. Even came over to ask if we needed water cups.

Surprisingly, this was our first completely satisfactory visit to this location since it opened. It also helped that the employees all spoke English. . . .we could understand them and they could understand us! I think it really helped to be able to communicate well. The employees were also really nice and seemed much less stressed than at other trips we have made to this location.

The air conditioning was on point dude! The way it blew down my shirt was unlike any other resteraunt I have ever been to. They will also give you 80% discount on any order if you give them your child. You’re Welcome
