Ordered 3 fuel filters two weeks ago, no response, no one answers the phone, does not respond to emails or calls. Had to file a chargeback with my CC company. Don't waste your time or money with boatstore or racorstore.

Buyer beware of this company they are not concerned about their customer, I ordered parts from this company on their website selected their shipping and paid promptly they refused to ship my items to me and claimed that their shipping calculator was not working correctly they never ask me to pay the correct shipping only started yelling at me on the phone when questioned and jammed a refund back at me and refused to sell the items I was trying to purchase. the original email they sent suggested they could cut my items in small pieces and ship them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Ordered a product through them, used their process on their website. Was later told that the item could not ship as manufactured, would have to be cut into sections in order to stay within their shipping price parameters. Didn't offer to allow me to pay the difference in shipping to ship as is, acted like it was my fault for wanting the product as manufactured, became agitated and angry on the phone, Very poor customer service and refused to ship my purchase.

Wish I had looked at the reviews first, ordered a part for my boat on Tuesday paid $60.00 dollars for 2-day shipping on an item that was already $50.00 more than at least two other seller, didn't notice in the fine print, they might not get around to shipping it for 2 or 3 days, which was the case didn't even get picked up until the end of day Thursday by the carrier, will not receive it until Monday, I could have saved a 100 dollars and got it Tuesday or Wednesday maybe even sooner.

Unfortunately shipping is over charged by a factor of twice. Profit seems to be made on the shipping than the parts. Rather have a carrier collect from them at North Mill Pond.

Just a pain it the you know what to deal with.
