This has been a great addition to my janitorial account for my cleaning business. I purchased the refurbished Mopit Mini and its cut my regular moping time in half if not more. I went for a refurbished model and you’d never be able to tell it looks like NEW. Had a small issue with my first one and they replaced the bottom portion of the machine no questions asked. Fast shipping and good people to work with on the phone. Definitely would purchase another as my business grows in the future. Greg

The Mopit has been incredible for our pottery studio. I would strongly recommend every pottery studio to get this machine. It will redefine what a clean studio floor can be. The drip water feature in front ensures that the dust on the floor gets wet first which prevents dust from being airborne during cleaning. It is awesome.

Today I bought my second Mopit machine. I got my first machine just over a year ago. I offer this machine to my group of cleaners who do the Day Porter services in offices and Food Court . Especially now in winter, it becomes much easier, faster and less effort using aMopit instead of the traditional mop to clean floors and extract salt from floors. Easy to operate and easy to do any necessary maintenance. It doesn't break easily and the rubber on the squeegee really lasts. Things you don't like about the machine but would never influence me from buy others Mopit in the future. The machine is light but not easy to load using a short ramp because of the pedal that lower/raise the squeegee; It doesn't clean backwards, only forwards; the handle bar mounts is difficult for me when carrying the machine for transport. Always get lose with me when loading the machine. Maybe I'm not tightening the lock enough. But I suggest anyone should buy Mopit instead of traditional mop for small and larger areas. Hard to say which one is better if it is the machine or the customer services, because both are extraordinary!!! Deri
Update: I received my second machine today, this one I brought was refurbished and it is in exceptional good shape!!!

We have been using Mopit for about 3.5 years now and we absolutely love it! It's designed very well - easy to clean and maintain! When we do run into minor issues, their customer service is always around to help. Service and part availability is phenomenal!

Our Mopit, which we named Molly has been amazing. I am convinced that Mopit somehow has a supply of dirt that is inside the machine to make the water look dirty every time we use it since there can't possibly be that much on our floor.

We have the Mid which most of the time can do our entire 11,000 sq ft building, although sometimes we do have to charge it a bit to finish if it is extremely dirty.

I've used it to clean up spills quickly as well. Works like a charm.

Best purchase I have made for my Laundromat. Huge difference on how wll the floors are maintained and cleaned. Wish I would have know about mopit 10 years ago. If you have a commercial business with hard floors buy one you will love it

We have been using Mop it floor machines at out doggie daycare since 2010. Both of our original Mop It 1.0 machines are still going strong. We also have 6 Mop It 4.0 machines. The reason for our longevity is the machines are designed for easy maintenance. Parts are very affordable and customer service is very responsive. I have tried other brands with one not lasting a year. A second brand was so difficult to repair with outrageously expensive parts. I look forward to adding Mop It 5.0 to our line up. We highly recommend the use of Mop It floor scrubbers over the old mop and bucket. Wet floors lead to worker falls and our dogs getting injured. Floor scrubbers leave the floors much cleaner and dry. Our facility smells better also because there is much less moisture in the air.

Been a lease customer for nearly 5 years now. I have been using the Mopit for my restaurant. We have leased the mopit 3, 4, and now the 5. They keep getting designed better and better. They work great and can really take a beating. My team loves using it. Also, any issue we have ever had is handled quick and easily with their customer service team. Cannot say enough great things.

This company is legit! The Mop-it floor cleaner is simple and easy to use plus easy to maintain. I do our maintenance on their equipment for our stores and if I need any tech help they are on top of it. Parts are sent out same day, if I haven’t missed shipping time. Super helpful on any questions with products, chemicals, & issues with the mop-it.

Our stores love the Mop-it! We are a convenient store company. Lots of foot traffic, drink spills and messes. Super easy for staff to use and a time saver. Plus, our staff isn’t mopping over the floors with the same dirty water or spreading sticky sugary drink spill with a stick mop. One company that has always been great at their service and friendly. 5 stars from this maintenance guy.

Our veterinary clinic bought a used Mopit 3 about three years ago. After much use we started having problems with getting enough suction. A call to Mipit put me in touch with their technical services. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician was helpful in every way even though I was fixing the unit myself. He walked me through the process and we narrowed down the problem to a old motor that was rusting. This is the kind of thing expected on an older unit. He got the part shipped promptly and after a little error on my part we are up and running again.
The experience was first rate and dealing with nice and professional people.

To Mopit you guys have a great amazing product. The ease-of-use and just the way it's constructed over all is so well thought out. It is so easy to fix it's convenient and it keeps our floors absolutely spotless, working as a maintenance manager for two restaurants it is an absolute time and Lifesaver it cleans spills like nothing and it cleans floors better than any mop ever will. IT literally takes the place of three of my employees and you guys have thought this out again so well if you guys made any other product hands down without a question we would buy it. I cannot recommend MOPIT enough. It is such an amazing machine to have you guys are awesome. Thank You

The Mopit 5 does exactly what I had hoped-for. The first time I ran it over, what I thought was a clean floor of our wedding venue, you could see the difference. A contant supply of (clean) cleaning solution instead of mop and bucket is a huge advantage. Not only does this save time and effort, I also know my floors are squeaky clean. Customer service is top notch, they are quick to address my needs and then they put in a little extra. I highly recommend Spectrum Industrial Products.

Fantastic support! We had issues with our machine that we couldn't resolve with YouTube. Jeff was able to help us resolve the issues very simply in approximately 5 minutes. We love our MopIt and our MopIt support!!

Working for Chick-fil-A we have such a fast paced environment. The mopit helps bypass making a mop water bucket, and squeezing out the mot head to clean the floors. With the mopit we can have it ready to go, and bring it to a spill for a fast and easy clean up. Leaving little to no water trail behind like a mop. We enjoy having our mopit!

We get our Mopit’s and Mopit supplies from Spectrum and have always been satisfied with how quickly they get supplies to us and how helpful the staff is when we have any mechanical issues.
