Wes-Tech Irrigation Systems

Came in to see about an adapter for my inground sprinkler system for a kit I bought from HomeDepot , (since they lacked knowledge about the products they sell).

Was helped by the staff at Wes-Tech and was quickly on my way with what I needed.

We were assisted by Sook who was quick to understand our diagram and helped us sort out what we needed. We were surprised to learn that he has only worked at Wes-Tec for two months.

These guys go above and beyond to support irrigation projects and crew needing supplies.

We needed information regarding upgrading our irrigation system. We went to Wes-Tech and were totally impressed by the extended knowledge of the technician who helped us. He took his time and provided invaluable information. This is not the first time we are dealing with Wes-Tech and are always extremely please with the service provided. Wes-Tech are amazing! I go when they open the store and things aren't yet busy and you can get such excellent advice and recommendations. If you have any irrigation issue, Wes-Tech can and will guide you to success.

Some years ago I went in with no irrigation smarts and they guided me in rebuilding my valve assemblies with the most modern tech. So now for around 7 years we have not required any servicing - it's rock solid.

Plus the place just has a really good feeling.

Wes-Tech Irrigation does a great job of supplying my company, Zen Waterscapes, with all the supplies I need to build water features. They specialize in supplying all the Aquascape products you need plus backing it up with the knowledge of how to use them.

I am always impressed by the level of service offerred by the youthful employees I have encountered at Westech. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, quick to serve and not preoccupied with their cell phones. Today Emily fulfilled her role splendidly.

Helpful staff and great products. Have stopped buying gardening tools from Lee Valley and am investing in a Structron commercial setup. I have yet to invest in landscape lighting but they have a good selection and I will definitely check it out. Irrigation prices are very fair and staff are very knowledgeable.

I just attended one of their seminars, this one on Micro and Drip irrigation presented by Bruce Carter. Really good couple of hours, well presented with lots of good, understandable information, but without any pressure to buy - (although if you go elsewhere you will be wasting time and money.)

We recently had a professional company install a drip irrigation system for our up-Island home. This afternoon, we called in to Wes-Tech's Langford branch to pick up a few spare parts in case we decide to tweak our system in the near future. Emily was exceptionally helpful suggesting what we would likely need, and gathered up a variety of misters and connectors for our system. What a helpful and upbeat young woman Emily is; it's great to know that old-fashioned "service with a huge smile" is alive and well at Wes-Tech! Thank you, Emily -- we will be back!

Unparalleled selection and helpful staff

I went to their micro-drip course this morning and I was amazed at the knowledge and inventory to back up my needs. And they have a wonderful and affordable startup kit. You are my go to for Irrigation. And my next project will be your low voltage lighting options. Thanks Wes-Tech

The dream team of Bruce and Beatrice helped me beyond any and all expectations to sort out all the zones and requirements needed to create a cost effective and efficient system that suited my requirements.
