They have amazing deals and we got a dryer for almost half of what we would have spent at Home Depot. It was the same brand and almost the same design. The only downside was a small dent on the side. It's definitely worth the drive to save some money!

They have a lot of other products too, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, TVs, sound systems, etc!

Everyone was helpful and professional, but Ron was a superstar -- he helped me find the washer I wanted and I was out the door in 10 minutes. I returned a few hours later to pick it up and had no wait at all. The whole experience was incredibly smooth. And because of a few cosmetic blemishes the washer I bought was a fantastic deal, too. I'll be back.

They have sooooo so many options, sizes and brands. Maybe 3 quarters of floors filled with refridgerators.

I would give Ron ☆☆☆☆☆ customer service. I am especially impressed with Ron customer service. It is hard to find a person with great service mind like Ron F.

I’m giving my 5 star on customer service for this store. The ice maker in first fridge had issue. I went to the store explained what happened and the sales person I got was Miles. I let him know what I wanted he asked if I wanted him to help me. I said sure if you have time. He took me where we needed to look and he helped me shop until I found what I wanted. The register was giving him trouble and Stephanie was helping redoing the transaction because the system froze. Not either’s fault. I got set up for the exchange delivery for next day. No matter what might happen with the product, if you have excellent customer service, it makes all the difference.

Bought washer here 2-1/2 years ago that broke down. No fault of the store and utilized the service plan we bought to get a new one. Had issues with the delivery and new one and Manager went out of her way to accommodate us. No complaints, good customer service, willing employees that want to help the customer. Keep up the good work.

Good customer service experience. I came here for one TV for my mother and walked out with two, one for myself too. The deals are very good and if you are looking for a TV, stop by here first. Fantastic open box deals. Employees were willing to show me the product before purchase to inspect which I appreciate.

Fantastic way to find a good quality sometimes even brand new appliances. We bought a refrigerator that still was taped closed and had all the internal packing material proving it was only unboxed and someone changed their mind. We saved ourselves $700 dollars!! Highly recommend checking out the Best Buy Outlet for appliances. We had Best Buy deliver ours and had no issues with delivery and no damages.

Look carefully, my girlfriend and I bought a fridge and a range. We had issues with the delivery. We were patient to get the issue resolved and ended up with an even better deal. Altogether we saved around $1300 total. It has been almost a year. The fridge works flawlessly and so as the range. We bought a Sonos subwoofer for a whopping $330 off list price and so far so good.

A quick note - READ the tags. It explains on there why it was returned and what is missing. As always proceed with caution, we've spent close to $3K and have been exceedingly happy with our purchases.

Went in to see if they had computers. They do -- all of the "open box" variety, which means you get a better deal than new. And a decent selection of laptops. Steve was friendly and helpful. I'll recommend it to my friend who's in the market for a new laptop.

We came, we saw. We found exactly what the wife wanted out of a gas range. It just so happened to come in that day apparently. So, we bought it. And the layout of the store makes it a ton of fun for kids with ADHD to run rampant. My apologies for my son. We can't keep him still with a roll of duct tape and a boat anchor.

There are many appliances to choose from that may have a couple scratches or dings. The price savings is incredible versus brand new. Roy the manager was extremely helpful with our selection of a double oven. What's also cool is you can still use your Best Buy credit card and points. They even offer special financing.

Love going to see what is available on a good deal. Sometimes look in and come out with something I didn't intend on going in for. The staff are great and I love chatting with them. Very knowledgeable and highly motivated to help as well as fun to talk to.

The store is a good place to get decent discounts if you are ok with dented, scratched, or other imperfections. I highly recommend going in to the store for any purchases. Don't rely on what is shown online as open box for the price or condition. See what you are interested in person. Also delivery is an option from the store for $70.00

The coolest place. Great for fridges and other home appliances. Tvs also seemed to be another large stock.
