Susa Hibachi Grill

The service was amazing the lady was incredibly friendly and helpful. The salad was good but the ranch was the best I have ever tried. I also tried the soft shell crab and I can say with complete confidence that it was amazing and well made.

Cute little Hibachi restaurant! They don’t make the food in front of you but everything is delish! Love this place, will be back soon for sure! I got mine in a Togo container since I was in a rush. They have great lunch specials and everyone is super nice!

Great food and service, we had the lunch box, and it was amazing. Good portions and price. They had only 1 waitress that day, and I can tell you that even though service was fast and perfect. 100% recommend

The best hibachi steak/fried rice I had. Very good service! Did not wait long for meal. FAST service! Only problem was I wish I had more on my plate! It was amazing food and service! Will be back soon!

Fast, friendly service! Hot, tasty food‼ prices have gone up. $9.50 for chicken fried rice plate. Total bill for 2 chicken fried rice plates, 1 unsweetened tea & 1 water was almost $24.00. A little steep for lunch. The restaurant is small, so it is best to go during off peak hours if you’re in a hurry.

We've been here 4 times now and never been disappointed. The food is really good and the prices are fair. I am Asian and thrilled to find a restaurant that serves good oriental cuisine 👍👍👍👍👍. Will be back whenever I can.

Absolutely outstanding food and service. If you haven't been it's a must go to. Been there twice and loved it. Second time I went I took friends that were visiting out of town and they loved it. We had chicken fried rice and hibachi chicken with salad. Ginger dressing is sooo good. Keep up the great work. I will see you all soon.😊❤

I eat here every week. I get the chicken udon soup. It’s so good it makes me feel better. I have Chronic depression, and several comorbidities, so I come and get a large soup and bring it home I add a touch of salt and pepper. It makes me feel like a new woman. Thank you Susa for making me feel better weekly. 💝

Very good Red Dragin roll. Was tight and neat. Very tasty too! Great place to eat in Downtown Carthage!

I ordered the spider roll, the tempura appetizer and pain lomein, great fresh quality to everything! The tempura was obviously fresh and hot, the dipping sauce was great.
The spider roll was fresh as well, and very tasty, and the lomein was cooked just right, the noodles had the right texture, not to soggy and not too greasy like I've had at other places.
They have a wide variety of food (including Thai food), and it is reasonably priced for the area it's in. I've had way more expensive with less quality, and I will definitely be going back! 😊
The cashiers tend to be friendly, but the owners are a bit snooty, to say the least.

The meal of Steak and Shrimp Hibachi was great. Cooked the way I like it. Salad was excellent. Fresh and tasty. Ginger dressing very good.

Stopped by today for a lunch chicken teriyaki bento box and it was fantastic. The dumplings were AMAZING & spring roll was great. I had a salad with ranch ( I don’t know what they do to their Ranch but it is so Good.) will definitely be back.
