Travis has been the best customer service and sales rep I could ever have had the pleasure of dealing with! And I say dealing, but that is a poor word choice. Travis made me feel comfortable on my first tractor buying experience! He treated us like family, listened to our needs, talked about the different options and how they could or couldn’t meet those needs, and then closed a deal for our new tractor complete with 0% financing in a very quick fashion. He has been a pleasure all around and I feel as if I will see Travis more often than I originally expected as I know I will be returning to buy many additional implements for our new 3025E 🚜
Also worth mentioning is that the delivery guy is pretty awesome too! Although he was running behind schedule (lucky me we had nothing going on and understand that things happen beyond our control), he chatted with my hubby and gave him some pointers and instructions when he brought the tractor out to our property. Great guys over here at Quality Equipment in Carthage and I hope to be a loyal, happy customer for a long time to come!

Glad this place is close by wife bought me a used LA110 which was taken good care of. Just needs a little TLC bought a seat cover today and did not have to wait for it to come in. Very happy that it fits and had storage on it.

It is really refreshing g to go into a business and not only a friendly greeting but have them remember my name and only my second time visiting. Ordered a mulching kit, and they had it quickly and was the correct version. Other items I wanted were easily on hand.

Travis is the kinda guy you're gonna wanna work with when buying a tractor. I'm extremely pleased with our little 3025. It's exactly what I needed and nothing more. I needed some help with a problem with the loader and Travis and the staff at Quality Equipment went above and beyond to accommodate a quick fix. If you need a tractor, I reccomend you call Travis!

Great place !! The staff are very professional at what they do . Top notch !! As a manager of a local motor cross track . I need commercial and use only the best products . John Deere in Carthage has every thing you need from a home owner to a big time Farmer . Bought my first John Deere tractors from them maybe 15 yrs ago . Fixing to go back and get 2 more in just a few weeks . Like the saying goes . Nothing runs like a John T .

I have purchased a zero turn mower, front load tractor and multiple Stihl chainsaws and yard tools here. The service here is spot on, if they don’t have what you want they most generally will have it for you in a day or two. Always willing to help out and go above and beyond for their customers. There is a Stihl dealer down the road and I would come to Quality Equipment first for the customer service, and of course we all know that John Deere is one of the best tractors in the market.

I had an amazing experience at quality equipment in Carthage. Personally I live in Fuquay Varina but drove all the way to Carthage to get great customer service. I can’t say enough about my interaction with Warren Wicker. Thanks for all that y’all do!

Great place to do business. The guys and gals are knowledgeable, and patient while we figured out the best tractor for me. They had a fall season deal going on which we took advantage of but that was just a coincidence, I'd have bought anyway. Good parts and service dept's as well so overall a pretty darned good experience all around. Thanks guys!
