Inquired about 2 bedroom availability. I received a direct email response requesting info about who was looking to move in and our annual income. I responded immediately with the information about me and my fiancee. We are more than qualified for the rent, but never heard a word back. Tried reaching out to the office and directly back to that email a few days later about seeing the place, but still get no response. Needless to say, we'll be looking somewhere else.

On 07/11/2022, I was contacted via COLCORD POND with (2) Bdrm. Apt & rent of $2450.00/ month. Now that the New Hampshire SEACOAST area has been turned into another USA GOLD COAST for Landlords & Property Managers, I had to ask? For $2450.00 /month, which area of this Apt. Complex would I be living in? 1) Would it be the BUCKINGHAM PALACE, UK/ NEW HAMPSHIRE area ? (I have been to BUCKINGHAM PALACE in the past & I am NOT too keen on the living quarters, there) A BIT, SMALL FOR MY TASTES.)
OR
2) Would my little (ESA) dog & I reside in the TAJ MAHAL, INDIA / NEW HAMPSHIRE's side of things? Of the (2) above mentioned locations I think that I would prefer the FRENCH area of COLCORD POND, NEW HAMPSHIRE. However, there was NO MENTION OF A VERSAILLES PALACE AREA, PARIS / NEW HAMPSHIRE's SIDE OF THE APT. COMPLEX??? WHAT???? In all honesty, if I am being expected to PAY $2450.00/ month, I would really rather reside in the VERSAILLES PALACE, PARIS /NEW HAMPSHIRE side INSTEAD OF THE OTHERS. NO OFFENSE INTENDED. I LOVED PARIS! In all honesty, I visited VERSAILLES. OMG! It is sooooo gorgeous! (TINY BEDS, though!) When I was visiting, I asked our VERSAILLES TOUR GUIDE if I would be able to REMAIN there, for life? She responded with COMMENT? (WHAT)?? I tried to explain that I would take wonderful care of the place, nary a dust particle would ever touch those historical gilded bedframes, if I were allowed to stay. I can assure you! She laughed & shook her head. Her response was "NON! We do NOT ALLOW TOURISTS to remain en (in) VERAILLES, as Caretakers! So, I posed these questions to the woman inviting me to Apt. APPLY @ COLCORD POND / NEW HAMPSHIRE. I am still awaiting her response on the (3) VERY PALATIAL areas that I would be residing @ COLCORD POND IN NEW HAMPSHIRE? Which is an ACTUAL STATE IN THE USA & NOT A SUBURB OF BOSTON, ANYMORE THAN PORTLAND, MAINE OR PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND ARE SUBURBS OF BOSTON, MASSSACHUSETTS. THREE (3) COUNT 'EM, USA STATES ANCHORED INTO THE ACTUAL CONTINENT. THEY ARE NOT SUBURBS OF ANYTHING!

Very poor customer service. I asked three times how parking worked here (if there were multiple spaces available per unit and how guest parking worked) and never received an answer to my questions. I was only told that they had an apartment available in two months (for $50 more than what they listed online) but that I couldn't view it next month because it would already be rented by then (despite the fact that they list several other units as being available between now and then).

Customer service is horrendous. I reached out for information and only got a sentence in response and then no response at all. Called for information and was sent to a full voicemail. These apartments look nice but how do you apply if no one answers the phone or responds to emails?

Great location and nice apartments but the office staff is lacking any professionalism. Nearly impossible to reach anyone and when you do it’s a run around to get an answer.

I called to inquire about availability a few days ago and got the misfortune of talking with a leasing agent (Trish?). What a rude and disrespectful individual. Pass
