First of all the WHOLE STAFF is so lovely. I worked with Sarah and Mitch and they were amazing and so helpful. What a positive environment. Highly recommend.

Liz was an amazing associate and such a joy to work with. I will definitely come to this store and have her assist me anytime.

To say that the service was excellent is an understatement. Everyone was super helpful and efficient when it came to helping me get/set up my new phone. I couldn’t recommend them more, especially Jake who personally helped me figure out what different deals I qualified for.

I had a wonderful positive experience at the T Mobile store in Redmond next to Wal-Mart. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Switched out the ol' G5 tower for the current updated newer G5 tower; great people (David & company) to deal with.....with 6 plus yrs with T-mobile/customer service, I'd never return to costly Verizon, for what little bit of loss of signal with TM. Interesting, when I left Verizon, the rep said I'd be back very soon....NOT happening!!!!

Today into t-mobile and all the staff was very kind and helpful especially the retail store manger Deron he was very nice and funny and so very helpful best experience i’ve had there.

Had to go in several times to get a bill taken care of and Jacob went above and beyond to help me. He really shows he cared about helping and getting things fixed for me.

The staff is very helpful. We got a good plan from T-Mobile and the service an coverage keep improving.

Extremely well run, and the employees go above and beyond to help the customers. I highly recommend this store.
