My husband and I had a great experience! I can’t thank them enough. We found exactly what we needed for a great price and they went out of their way to make mattresses shopping a great experience. We also brought our baby with us and he enjoyed playing with some toy cars while we made our purchase plus we got some great sleep tips from a sleep expert!

Me and my wife got a new apartment ordered most of our furniture from Amazon but we didn’t want to skimp on a bed. We went in a few shops while she was on lunch and they didn’t really care or have anything in stock also they all would deliver for like 75-100$ and we would have to wait until Tuesday. Later that night went and met Dan he was so nice let us take as long as we wanted found the best mattress for our price range. He also personally brought out our mattress in his own truck for only 30$ I couldn’t believe how lukcky we were. Thank you so much Dan you were amazing and I’m so glad we bought our mattress from you.

I’ve been to a few mattress stores in my life and usually am bombarded with unknowledgeable sales associates on which mattress I need to get but can’t tell me honestly why I would need this mattress over another one.
My visit today at Logan mattress firm was a different experience and one that ultimately led me to buy! Ken was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me which mattress would help with me and my wife’s needs. Ken was very good at reading people and could tell if the mattress had the right fit for us based off our reactions! I highly suggest this store and Ken if you’re interested in a new mattress!

Amazing customer service and awesome pricing. I went in and was greeted right away and I discussed what I was looking for and my price range and was lead to several mattresses and was asked additional questions to help narrow down what I wanted. Once I had chosen a mattress I was brought to the counter. With the purchase of the bed I received a free adjustable frame and received an amazing deal on a mattress protector. They had everything I was wanting in stock and I was able to pull around the back aside where I received help loading up my new bed and had no further issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mattress or wanting to upgrade there existing mattress.

Kenny and Dan were great! We came back multiple times to find our perfect mattress and they helped us narrow it down and choose the right one for us. We will definitely be lifelong customers!

Kenny was fantastic to work with! He answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns, and matched us with a mattress that fit our sleeping preferences and needs! He professional and personable and we loved working with him while we made our decision. We went with Kenny’s recommendations and bought a king size sealy with an automatic base and it was delivered today. Everything went seamless and we really appreciate all of Kenny’s help. Shopping at the Logan Mattress Firm was the best! Dan was knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. He helped us talk through preferences, budget, and found solutions for my husband and me. 10/10 would recommend going in person and speaking with Dan! We have made several purchases at this location and they offer great customer service, affordable prices and great quality on mattresses and bases. They also offer a great warranty to us. We do recommend this store to everyone in the community.

Our salesperson Dan, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We got mattress we wanted for a reasonable price. Service was a 10. We had never been in one of your stores before but will recommend it to our friends and family.

My husband and I needed a new bed after 20 years. I finally talked him into it on a saterday which is not so good for him since he likes to be out in the world on the weekend. We walked into Logan Matress firm and was graciously accompanied by Dan the sales rep. He was super nice, helpful, very intelligent about the beds. I do have to say he was one of the nicet sales reps I have ever met. We had a slight problem with our mattress, he never hesitated to help us out. I called and spoke with Ken the store manager, told him about the problem and was also supper helpful and nice. He ended up replacing our mattress for free with no delivery fee. It's very seldom that I give a full 5 in a review, but these people deserve every bit of a 5 and then some. When my wife comes away as happy and satisfied as she did today, I'm a 110% satisfied 😄 customer. Many thanks to all who made this an amazing experience ✨

Kenny is quite a cheerful conversationalist. He is happy to match the level of involvement we want - he checked in, let us explore, and then helped us decide between. Gave us a great deal.
Dan gave us lots of info and did a great job managing multiple customers.

2 days to exchange pillows in perfect condition. 120 days to return matress. Discounts on returned mattresses.

So much new product in one place gives me a bit of a headache, but that's to be expected with a mattress store.

Kenny is a great person. Warm and down to earth. He asked a lot of questions to find the right fit for me and I think we succeeded! I will definitely refer my family and friends to his store.

We needed a new bed frame and the salesman was very helpful. Years ago we had bought a queen size bed and the service was great. That is why we chose to go back. When it's time for a new bed we will return.
