I had an mazing experience, and the lady with the long braids was super funny, and helpful. The fries were super hot and fresh. I would recommend anyone to go to this store if they want fresh food. That store has came a long way. Keep up the great work Ms Cassie

This is my favorite McDonald's located in Winchester, always fresh and hot food in a timely manner. I don't understand all of the negative reviews when I've only ever had trouble once and it was resolved relatively quickly.

Went there today with my boyfriend and the gentleman, Manuel, working the drive-through was the absolute nicest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with at McDonald’s. He deserves a raise! The food was amazing & we will definitely be coming back to this location.

I haven’t had McDonald’s in at least a decade. But nostalgia took over and I had to get my son a Boo Bucket :). The store was clean, food hot and fresh, service was fast, and staff were all very kind.

Had a very good meal today at this McDonald's a manager with no name tag took my order vas very nice an helpd me out with the the app...just wanted to let everyone one know that there one person there that nice an will help u out...thank u too the manager with the long black an grey breads...

Noticing a real change for the better with their drive-through service. Used to be told to pull forward and wait for every order or get shorted some item or another, but recently greatly improved.

This McDonald's is much nicer, friendlier, cleaner then the one in town. Fountain sodas are better.

This is a very friendly McDonald's & helped me with making me two bacon cheeseburgers which weren't on the menu. Food is always fresh & hot @ this one I'm very pleased to have it in my neighborhood. Thanks to all who work there

The Senseny Rd, Winchester McDonald's is my favorite. I have always gotten what I ordered there. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. I like the fact that they stir my coffee so it is perfect 👌

Food was hot, order wasn't right, but we got to try something new and it was the same amount of food we ordered! We have a new sandwich to go to now! I guess this mess up was a good one for both!

This McDonald's is a good establishment. It is clean, quiet, orders are quick, and as of December 2018 the dining area is undergoing a remodeling to improve the experience.

They forgot to put sauce in our bag but we caught a worker walking in to start a shift and they brought sauce out to our car. Great staff!

Really all McDonald's are just in the same boat together....ridiculously awesome! Who really cares if it's unhealthy, I mean come on. It I just too good to stop going.

Food was quick, and the associate taking our order went above and beyond to accommodate our request.

For the first time in 5 visits they actually got drive thru order for one correct.

My kids love happy meal, they always work with speed and accuracy
