This Wendy’s was clean, with friendly staff, good food. Best of all they actually had the flavors in the fancy soda machine.

Food is always fresh hot and good. The dining area and the restrooms are clean too.

Food is always fresh and the staff is nice as well. I have 4 kids and can not order anywhere else 4 kids meal and a meal for me WITH DRINKS for right at $20 anywhere else but here. For 4 kids meals and a big bag, I spend $19 and some change and we're never disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The staff was very friendly. The entire restaurant was immaculate! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a clean Wendy’s. My mom ordered a taco salad and the veggies were fresh and crisp. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was yummy and crispy. Way to go Pleasant Valley Road Wendy’s!

When I went, the area was very quiet. The food service was quite fast, although it took a minute for my burger to be made. I especially appreciate the drink machine from coca-cola that has a ton of different flavors for multiple different Coca-Cola products.

We eat out at this location often, the food is great and the staff are friendly.

I'll give it a 5star because I have absolutely nothing bad to say bout this place, especially being that it's a Wendy's. So the food was actually hot and fresh. The order was timely, the staff was friendly and quick. I wish all Wendy's would have this standard. The inside was clean, parking lot was clean and the bathrooms were clean. Again surprised because the many Wendy's establishments I frequent are no where no this quality.

I hadn't been since before the remodel. I'm a very big fan now. The food is the best. The fries were hot, crispy and salted to perfection, the homestyle chicken sandwich was hot crispy and has flavor the lettuce was cold and crisp and the tomato was not mushy correct amount of mayo too. Telling you went another day and was not disappointed either!

We stopped off for a quick lunch while shopping. It was clean inside and the food was delicious!

On Sun. 2/14/21 after arriving at a different Wendy's location about 5 minutes prior to their breakfast stop time and being told that they were no longer serving breakfast, I called this Wendy's on Pleasant Valley Rd. and told them I was trying to get the Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich and I was close by and could be there in a couple minutes (by this time it was time to switch over to lunch). I was told that they were serving lunch, but they could drop in a chicken for me. I was asked my name and was told they would get it ready for me. I got my breakfast sandwich that I had been wanting for about 2 weeks and I have Manager Lilly to thank for that. She didn't have to do that, but went out of her way to make it happen and for that I am grateful!! I just wanted to make sure to recognize Lilly for her wonderful Customer Service. (Other locations could learn a thing or two from you)

How dare you Wendy's?!..how dare you make such mouthwatering cheese fries lol 😂 I am 6 months pregnant and have been craving cheese fries and most places throw cheap shredded cheese that doesn't melt on their fries and call it cheese fries and it's a huge disappointment and waste of money but WENDYS has nailed it with the cheese sauce! All joking aside these are the best cheese fries I've had in a long time. I'm very picky with my food but these are on point! I've had them 3 times so far and they've been perfect each time, never too much cheese or not enough, just right.

FOOD IS AMAZING I COME HERE SOMETIMES FOR MY LUNCH BREAK AND I WORK AT WALMART SO ITS A QUICK DRIVE AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT AND THE SWEET TEA IS JUST RIGHT

Always great. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. Made from fresh never frozen beef tastes better and means you get the potassium. I won't be using the drink machine though,tasted like bleach.

Food quality and order correctness are constantly good here. The employees have great work ethic.

Like the food and my daughter loves the nuggets always nice and hot.
